“Using Miro for Clients

Pros

Miro has been immensely helpful in creating visual representations for my clients particularly in CRM workflow development. Being able to visually illustrate steps bottlenecks and compliance points adds clarity and understanding that a written report cannot provide.

Cons

The only thing that caused some irritation initially were the template shapes and colors until I quickly discovered how to change them.

One of the positive aspects of Miro is its interactivity and the fact that participants in trainings or meetings don't need to create an account. Its seamless integration with Google and ease of use make it a valuable tool for brainstorming sessions.

I dislike that most of the tool administration features are only available in paid options. The free version is great but for micro-management it requires a paid subscription.

Miro is an excellent tool for data collection and visualization. It is user-friendly and provides all the necessary features along with a wide range of templates for various types of documentation and research.

I don't require collaboration tools only visualization tools for convenient data collection and work. It would be great to have a plan for individuals like me who solely use Miro for data collecting and visualization. The current requirement of a minimum of two accounts in a team where the second account goes unused feels unnecessary. I end up paying for an account I don't use whereas a plan tailored to individual users would be beneficial.

Miro offers numerous templates which can make it initially challenging to choose the best ones for specific use cases. However with time and experimentation you discover your preferred and most useful templates.

The free version is quite limited and there have been instances of instability when using it with Apple devices.

Due to its extensive features it can be unclear which control is intended for what purpose. Additionally it sometimes hangs during demanding tasks.
