The Best tool for planning and managing a program increment

Pros

Miro's infinite whiteboard feature proves invaluable for agile teams, offering a centralized location for planning and tracking processes effectively.

Cons

Despite being promoted for day-to-day Kanban operations, we found Miro unsuitable due to excessive overhead and insufficient granular permissions, making updates across platforms cumbersome.
