Truly a fantastic product

Pros

I honestly think it's GREAT for working with teams. It keeps all the info neatly sorted, filed and in place. Everyone can easily collaborate and we literally use it every single day.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about it. The only thing I'd maybe want is the ability to edit fonts on the workplace tabs or change the entire site's color scheme, just to make it feel a little more like "home."

Fine for everyday use but not a game changer

Pros

So far I like how the color-coded boards make it so easy to tell who's stuck and who's moving along. The automations save us from doing the repetitive stuff, so instead of nagging people on Slack, we can just focus on actual work.

Cons

Once you move past the basic plan, the price shoots up quickly and a lot of must-have features like time tracking or better analytics are locked behind paywalls. Also, when boards get really big, they can feel sluggish especially if I'm using the mobile app.

Monday.com is a must-have

Pros

For me, the ease of use stands out. It's perfect for multi-member teams and departments because it keeps everything on track and makes sure every team member stays accountable.

Cons

I've noticed that notifications sometimes get lost & certain menus inside groups take some digging to get through. Luckily, there are plenty of filtering options to help with that, so it's manageable.

Does its job nicely

Pros

It is excellent for task tracking and project management. It really helps make sure everyone on our team is on the same page.

Cons

I can't really think of anything bad. For task management, it works really well and covers all of our needs.

Good tool but pricey

Pros

The tool helped me a ton with staying organized and planning out my weeks so I could be more productive. I found the user experience very easy to get used to and I didn't really run into issues figuring out the app's features.

Cons

The cost feel a little high and out of reach for some people. That being said, the return on investment is definitely worth it.

Affordable tracker & a CRM cost alternative

Pros

This is a cheaper and smarter way to keep track of things and send info compared to buying an expensive CRM. Some CRMs I've used before cost over $1,200 a month, so this feels like a steal.

Cons

It doesn't have all the features you'd find in a pricier CRM like BoomTown. For example, those CRMs can send text messages which is really important for my line of work and that's something I miss here.

Simple to use but not efficient

Pros

I really like that I can create whatever columns I need on different boards and invite other users to contribute. It works well for both internal teams and external people.

Cons

I don't always get notified about new activity or updates unless I'm specifically tagged in a comment or assigned to a task. Also, when using it externally with others, it does take a bit of training and support to get everyone comfortable.

Great support but security feels weak

Pros

It is easy to collaborate with a big team like ours because the navigation is so simple and smooth.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that it's not decentralized. I'd feel more confident about security and data safety if I knew nothing could be breached or stolen.

Easy to read and user-friendly sharing

Pros

Whenever info gets shared on this platform, it's simple to read and keep up with. On top of that, it's very user-friendly.

Cons

When I use it on my phone instead of my computer, some of the functions are limited. I guess that's to be expected but it can be a little inconvenient at times.

Excellent tools for team collaboration

Pros

The drag-and-drop functionality, customizable boards and clean user interface make Monday.com super easy to use, even if you're a beginner. I love how simple everything is and it doesn't take long to get the hang of it. Setting up tasks and moving things around is very easy!

Cons

The pricing model for Monday.com is higher than alternatives like Trello and ClickUp, especially when you look at the premium features. While it has a lot to offer, it can feel like you're paying quite a bit more for the same features you can get elsewhere for less.

Simple, sleek tool for managing projects

Pros

One of my favorite things about Monday.com is the endless opportunities it offers with automations. Over the years, they've really stepped up their game and now you can do some pretty amazing stuff with it. The automations save me a ton of time and make managing tasks a lot more efficient.

Cons

One thing I don't like about Monday.com is how some of the features are split between different plans. For example, Single Sign-On (SSO) should be available in the professional plan, not just the enterprise one. Also, the file storage goes from 100GB to 1TB as you move from the professional plan to the enterprise one, which feels a bit unbalanced.

Fantastic group tracking tool

Pros

I love how it lets me track team progress and productivity. It's so satisfying to see everything laid out clearly and I can easily check in on how everyone is doing with their tasks. It really helps keep everything on track.

Cons

It was quite difficult when I first started using it. There's a lot to figure out and it took some time to get comfortable with all the options and features. But once I got the hang of it, it made a lot more sense.

Monday is just okay

Pros

There are tons of customization options that are perfect for managing content and marketing projects. Whether I need to create different workflows or manage different tasks, Monday.com lets me set things up exactly how I want them.

Cons

One thing I don't like is how there's no satisfying way to check off a task. The tasks don't always align with due dates in a clear, organized way. Also, I can't add images to tasks and preview them in a useful, visual way. Email notifications about tasks are also incomplete and it leaves me unsure about what's really going on with a task.

Powerful but can feel overwhelming at times

Pros

The project management tools are really strong and helped us a lot during some big projects. It made organizing everything so much easier and we were able to stay on top of every detail without getting overwhelmed.

Cons

We found that it became more process-driven than actually integrating with our workflows. It's like the platform sets its own pace and it was harder to fit into the way we wanted to work.

Dynamic & efficient work management tool

Pros

The interface is super interactive and easy to use. I love the customizable workflows with automation and AI features. Plus, the ability to view things in different formats like Kanban, Gantt and Calendar is fantastic. It also integrates smoothly with other tools and I feel secure knowing they comply with GDPR and HIPAA. It's scalable, so it works for teams of all sizes.

Cons

Some advanced features are locked behind Enterprise plans, which can be frustrating. Plus, it can be overwhelming for first-time users because there are so many customization options. The pricing is also higher compared to simpler project management tools and certain integrations require additional setup or third-party apps, which adds extra steps to get things working smoothly.

I love it

Pros

It is really useful when it comes to tracking stats for our office. It's helped us stay on top of our numbers and keep everything organized, which is key for our success.

Cons

How monday.com worked for me

Pros

It offers great project management, task management, collaboration and time-tracking features that make complex projects way easier to manage. It really simplifies the whole process and I can't imagine working without it.

Cons

Ever since I started using It, I haven't really experienced any major drawbacks on my end. It's worked well for me and I haven't run into any issues that would make me want to switch to something else.

Great for collaborating remotely

Pros

I love how I can schedule tasks for each person, leave feedback and add comments on specific issues. The integration with Figma (although it's a paid feature) is such a big plus for us, making collaboration even smoother.

Cons

One thing that bugged me was not being able to see the status of some issues when I wasn't tagged in them. I would have liked notifications whenever something changed, even if I wasn't tagged directly. It would help me stay on top of things more effectively.

Tool with great potential

Pros

The UX/UI is amazing , it's super user-friendly, easy to use and feels like a very powerful tool once you get the hang of it. Everything is laid out nicely, making it a joy to use.

Cons

Complex reports can be a bit tricky to pull off if you're not trained on the platform. I had to be patient and explore the platform to figure it out. It's not the most easiest feature for beginners but once you get the hang of it, it works fine.

Very helpful app

Pros

There are so many features that help you plan tasks once they've been assigned to you. From setting deadlines to tracking progress, Monday.com makes it all simple and easy to manage.

Cons

I get a lot of unnecessary emails from the app and it makes it hard to see when a task has been assigned to me. It feels like I'm flooded with notifications, which can be overwhelming and distracting.
