 The functionality is excellent, and I like that there are sample movies available to demonstrate how to use specific functions. So far, the experience has been excellent with monday.com. It also saves us time and aids in the detection of issues prior to project launch.

Mondays customer service crew is outstanding! They have always been quite helpful and pleasant, and their documentation is far more current than that of many other systems I have used. When I first started out, the sales crew was also fantastic. The degree of support they have provided was a big factor in our decision to go on Monday!

I Like that its in a list style, similar to Google Sheets, but with extra capacity. I can assign individuals to projects, attach files, and set deadlines, all while keeping track of everything in a simple, editable list style.

We now have practically everything in one location, which we can access from anywhere, thanks to Monday. This has helped us become a lot more efficient and better at keeping track of the numerous tiny tasks and deadlines that go into a successful project. Monday is incredibly user-friendly, with good assistance and tutorials, and quick tech support. I also like that they are constantly improving and adding new features to improve the software even more.

There is a learning curve for some of the more advanced capabilities. But with software that can accomplish so much, that is to be anticipated.

I like using Monday.com for both my own project management and teamwork. Its almost ideal for larger teams and projects, in my opinion. I like that its so easy yet strong and adaptable to use.

As it goes deeper and deeper, it might become too complex. Because they were so immersed in the project, things sometimes went lost.

With Monday.com, Our Favourite feature is the ability to create a combination of statuses. Also, priorities aid in staying focused, and the softwares collaborative capabilities are both easy and powerful with this software.

One of the few cons I can think of is the absence of a repeating or scheduled task.

The system is mostly intuitive, quick to pick up, and simple to teach to my staff. I, also, appreciate that the system allows me to modify what I require and has pre-built alternatives for a rapid start.

The only significant drawback for us is the reporting systems, but I could develop my own using the API if it was really important, so thats a minor shortcoming.
