“Support team went above expectations”

Pros

Although the format didn't match exactly what I needed at first I was able to make a few adjustments and get it working. The best part was how far their tech support and customer service team went to help accommodate me and work through everything. I was genuinely impressed and have already recommended them to other people.

Cons

The pricing is a little on the expensive side and that has been challenging.

Pros

Keeping in touch with the rest of the team is really simple through the built in communication tools. Being able to tag my manager or have him assign items to me when he needs support, makes it much easier to share the workload. It's also a really convenient way to bring up new topics when there isn't always time to sit down together and talk everything through in person.

Cons

One thing I don't care for is that a single board has to use the same columns throughout. I'd prefer to organize a board by project and then let each group of tasks within it have its own set of columns based on the type of work involved.

Pros

The boards are one of the best parts because they let us view a large number of items along with all the important details in one place. Moving things around with drag and drop is quick and most actions only take a few clicks which makes the workflow feel very efficient.

Cons

The info boxes feature is the part I enjoy the least because it feels pretty limited. The text areas are cramped, formatting options are very minimal and it's frustrating that every box starts out collapsed by default.

My coworkers and I use it and it's a really simple, easy way to organize the day and work more efficiently.

Cons

No real complaints as there's just a bit of a learning curve while getting used to the program.

The platform's biggest strength is its stylish design and interactive look which really make it stand out.

The number of teammates who can access it depends on the plan you choose so that limit can be restrictive.

Right away the interface looks very simple to navigate. I'd even say it works better than Asana. Updating tasks and archiving them is really easy and the app experience is noticeably better too.

Cons

One part that still needs work is adding subtasks since it isn't very user friendly at the moment. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Pros

Having multiple project types in one platform has been a big plus for us especially since we can switch the format depending on the project. With other tools, we were usually stuck using just one standard layout or template for everything.

Cons

Pricing starts to feel expensive once you add more users which has pushed us to limit how many team members can have access.

After moving our advertising agency from Asana this platform has been a much better fit because of how powerful and customizable it is. Being able to add multiple date fields across different boards is incredibly useful and duplicating templates saves us a lot of time. The templates themselves are also quite advanced so we can apply them to projects and adjust them as needed. Overall it has made our project management process much more efficient.

Cons

One thing I still wish it handled better is updating different boards within a project. When adding new items to a board, you cannot always edit the columns freely because it tends to copy the structure that was already built. Having the option to modify columns whenever needed would make it even more flexible.

It's quick to learn, comes with some really interesting features and the synchronization is fast.

Cons

I wouldn't call it something I dislike the most but I do think there could be more affordable plans.

Having everything in one place really helps our team stay organized and work more efficiently. Even though it's missing a few capabilities, we can still upload files and keep track of which stage of the company process each project is currently in.

File and document organization is where this software fell short for us. The home screen felt crowded and somewhat confusing right away with too many lines of text pulling attention away from where we actually needed to go. Because of that, along with a few other issues, we ended up switching to a different project management tool.

This has been an incredible tool for organizing pending tasks and even the more detailed parts of my projects. The best part is that my team can clearly see everything that needs attention so we can keep work moving and stay on top of our responsibilities.

One thing I don't like as much is that it doesn't include a built in chat which would help a lot when discussing specific and important project details with my team.

Pros

As a people and resource management tool it does a really good job of keeping projects organized and schedules on track. It lets you monitor all your projects, meetings and overall progress in one place which makes day to day planning much more manageable. The user interface is one of the best I have worked with and updating or modifying things is very easy.

Cons

Well the only downside is the pricing. It has several subscription plans based on the number of users and that can make it feel a bit expensive.

It's an amazing way to keep the team's work organized especially when tracking the different phases, statuses and task flows across departments.

The user experience and the design of certain features feel a bit complicated especially when trying to configure things exactly the way you want.

This platform is quite comprehensive. It not only helps keep processes organized but also makes it possible to manage them closely and even automate a lot of the work.

This definitely won't suit everyone. It's a very powerful tool and that means you have to invest a lot of time to really understand how it works, learn how to use it properly and get the most value out of it. A lot of people may end up preferring something simpler and more limited.
