Great filtering and week view

Pros

One thing I really like is that I can set up customers, activities and tags and then easily filter the analytics by those labels and that approach works extremely well for me. I also love the Week view where I can look at every activity. Plus the built-in stopwatch for timing tasks when I'm on the move.

Cons

I have not found any major drawbacks so far to be honest. Sometimes when a new week begins in Week view, I end up having to reorganize all the activities carried over from previous weeks but if I edit them, it changes the originals from earlier weeks.

Pros

The software's built quality, unique interface and features make it the best choice for time management, invoicing, and tracking the progress of my hours.

Cons

The profile email ID is displayed in capital letters, but I believe it should be shown in its normal format.

Managing time

Pros

It's an intuitive tool with customizable features, seamless integration and powerful analytics. The user-friendly interface and collaboration tools significantly boost productivity. Although there is a slight learning curve and some limitations with the mobile app, the benefits overshadow drawbacks, if there are any.

Cons

Currently, I can't think of anything negative. I believe it's a great software.

Helpful for Agency Work

Pros

I started using MyHours in 2019 when our subsidiary began managing more clients and we needed to track our time. Even though that subsidiary was dissolved later on, I continue to use MyHours for time tracking. The customer support team helped me customize the default view for the detailed report, allowing me to see the entire month at a glance.

Cons

The interface appears outdated and can be a bit clunky, not providing the best user-friendly experience.

easy logging with simple interface

Pros

I really like how easily I can log my hours and the user interface is incredibly basic and simple to navigate.

Cons

To be honest I have not found anything I dislike about the app. I think it's perfect for my needs.

Best free option for solo users

Pros

This tool works the best for a free option as it helps me organize clients and projects and log time on specific tasks. As a solo user, it meets my needs by keeping me disciplined and allowing me to track billable hours for invoicing and performance metrics.

Cons

I'd really appreciate additional flexibility in reports, for example being able to pull data across several months in a single report and having the choice to assign varying billable rates to different tasks inside the same project.

overall a decent tool

Pros

Using it is not a problem as it is uncomplicated. Plus it works really well for tracking time.

Cons

I ran into a strange bug when the system converted hours into billable amounts. It kept creating errors and I could not figure out why so I contacted support. I am still not sure if it has been fixed.

allows flexible time tracking

Pros

It does exactly what I need such as track the time I spend on different tasks across multiple projects. I can also build custom reports that I use for billing which has been really useful. Overall I chose this product because it's flexible and simple to use.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything negative as everything has worked the way I expected.

Fantastic time tracking tool

Pros

Working as a self-employed architect, My Hours lets me monitor my time across different projects and tasks. Plus it helps me compare the actual hours spent with what I originally expected and it also makes it possible to bill clients accurately for specific tasks.

Cons

I have not run into anything that I dislike about it so far.

a must try tool!

Pros

Able to allocate time across different projects is really useful and the weekly summary for each one makes it simple to see where my hours went. It is also convenient that I can use it on both my phone and my computer.

Cons

The only downside is that entering start and end times manually in the app feels a bit tedious.

very handy mobile app

Pros

The interface is very user-friendly and getting around the platform is not a problem too. The mobile app is also really good and having a free plan available makes it even more appealing.

Cons

One thing that is missing is dark mode in the mobile app. The free plan also has limited options when it comes to exporting logged work.

Loved it!

Pros

Keeping tabs on exactly how much time I spend has been really simple, not just by client but also by each project under that client. Plus even without any technical background, getting everything set up and learning how to use it was easy. Another big plus is being able to customize the reports so they match exactly what I need.

Cons

I honestly have not run into anything I dislike about it.

Proven a perfect fit for us!

Pros

It allows me to track time by project which is really useful and it also lets me separate hours and costs across different projects which makes everything much clearer.

Cons

Umm I think it would be even better with a few more graphs instead of mostly tables especially to show how projects are being worked on over a week or month so comparisons are easier to see at once.

user friendly software overall

Pros

I must say keeping track of time is really easy and fixing entries when I make a mistake is just as simple.

Cons

One limitation is that I cannot choose multiple tasks within the same time period.

Able to set up with ease

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt incredibly natural. As I did not need any tutorial or extra guidance to figure out how to set up projects and start tracking time on them right away.

Cons

At first the option to archive and restore a project was a bit hard to find but I was still able to locate it pretty quickly.

Flexible rates and project tracking

Pros

After trying several options, MyHours was the first that let me set things up exactly the way I wanted to track my work. I can assign different rates to different clients, set separate rates for team members, manage multiple projects under each client and break those down into tasks. Though there is a lot of customization yet the product still feels very easy to use.

Cons

For a small business, the software almost feels like it has more features than I need. Setting up my preferred client, project and task workflow also took longer than expected. But there is a good reason for that. Like when I first set it up, I was just experimenting and was not thinking about how I would use it long term. If I had planned ahead from the start, I probably would have finished much faster.

right tool for small teams

Pros

Getting started with My Hours was quick and it works really well for a small team. Managing projects, tracking billable hours and handling billing all feels basic, customizable and simple to learn.

Cons

A set of short written how to guides for setup, along with tips and tricks would make the product even more user friendly. I'd also love to spend less time tracking and more time actually working on the tasks I'm tracking.

set up was not a hassle

Pros

Keeping track of my own time across different projects is exactly what I use this for and it works really well for that. The setup process was simple too so logging time doesn't take much effort.

Cons

There are plenty of extra features built in that I personally don't need. Since I only use it to track my own time, a lot of the broader functionality goes unused.

Does what it suppose to do!

Pros

With this app, keeping track of my time and hours worked is pretty easy. I mean I use it in a very basic way just for myself, without any need for billing and it helps me see clearly how much of my day goes into each project or task.

Cons

I feel like the mobile interface could be better but other than that, it's a very useful app.
