Pros
My Hours is very easy to use and the export options make end of month invoicing and billing much simpler to organize. It is also really helpful that I can assign different rates to different clients and entering or updating line items in the timesheet is quick and convenient.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to assign a new client/project directly from the timesheet, instead of having to open the item settings and edit the new entry there.

“Excellent reporting and value”
Pros
Between the price and the reporting tools, this was exactly what I needed. It gave me the reports I wanted without requiring any extra time to build or customize them.
Cons
I'd like more control over projects especially around budgeting. I wish I could change a project's start date but I was told that date cannot be edited as it shows when the project was created in My Hours, not when it actually started. Also the workaround is to copy the project and delete the original, as long as there are no time logs attached. I understand why it works that way but being able to simply edit the date would feel more practical. Maybe that's just me.

“mobile app is top notch”
Pros
It is a great tool as getting started with it was pretty quick. Overall I would say the platform is simple to use, the onboarding process is quick and the mobile app works really well.
Cons
The free version feels a little limited and I'd like to see a few more features included there.

“pretty idea for tracking time”
Pros
Bringing other team members on board was way too simple. Also the reporting is very complete and the dashboards give a clear, useful overview of everything.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints as it is an excellent piece of software overall.

Pros
Selecting projects and tasks and logging time against them seems pretty simple. I can also copy the previous week's tasks without bringing over the hours which is a big help when setting up a new week. Assigning team members to projects and tasks also works really well.
Cons
The billable versus non-billable setup still does not quite work the way I need it to. Reporting in the free version is a bit limited too but exporting the data and using it in Excel works well enough.

Pros
Tracking time by client and project is something I really appreciate. It helps a lot although I still can't monitor my costs with very high precision.
Cons
A desktop app could be a nice addition and would probably make time tracking even better.

“User-friendly time tracking tool”
Pros
Keeping track of my work hours and smaller projects is very easy with this software and the interface is also really user friendly.
Cons
Some of the updates are not always the best and at times they can be a bit hard to figure out.

Pros
The interface is user-friendly and it helps keep everyone organized based on the tasks they're working on and completing. Creating reports is also not a problem and the software has made it much easier to stay consistent with customer billing thanks to how reliable and simple it is to use.
Cons
Integrations are quite difficult to set up and the free version comes with very limited features.
