“Awesome features and amazing customer support!
Pros
It was easy to know how to get things done once we knew what we required; it was extremely straightforward and simple to apply. Specific modules allow you to concentrate on the demands of the company. Exceptional customer support and strong data management allow for a clean database.
Cons
It is rather pricey software. Sometimes its challenging to add another module since the tools are a little rigid, and the tool is inadequate for specialist industries like manufacturing, warehouses, and technological businesses.

“A great cloud-based alternative to Sage with a steep price tag.
Pros
NetSuite SRP has made it possible to cross-train our employees on various topics with ease! It also helps that it is cloud-based, so we don’t have to arrange venues and end up missing attendees due to scheduling issues. It saves a lot of money and allows our employees to work from anywhere, which was not previously possible.
Cons
I would stay longer with NetSuite SRP if it weren’t for the high price. I have personally tried talking to them about a workaround, but if you really need certain great features, they are going to be costly. Also, I find it annoying to switch to other programs for my business needs, such as label printing. It should be included in NetSuite.
