I think it could work better with tasks. When I mark a task as "done," it should go down the list to prioritize the tasks that still need attention. Furthermore, there should be a dashboard with all tasks from all lists to help me organize the day's workload.

There is a lot to like and very little to dislike. For example, the Edge extension only saves to the personal workspace, while the Chrome extension allows me to choose between personal and business workspaces.

I really appreciate the feature of having 'blocks' within notes. However, I wish there was an option to put borders around the blocks and move them around by grabbing the border.

Navigating within the app can be confusing. The workspaces are not easy to find intuitively, and it is not possible to switch workspaces from the Workspace itself, which adds to the confusion. Viewing PDF documents in the main window requires scrolling horizontally instead of vertically, and you have to open it in Nimbus to view it as a PDF. Additionally, there's a white background behind a white PDF, which should be black to distinguish the PDF from the window.

The editor in Nimbus Note is not only fast but also enjoyable for my daily use and brainstorming sessions. What I adore the most are its embedding capabilities; I can practically embed anything from Google Sheets, Docs, PDFs to external video hosts and sound clips. The range of compatible services is extensive. The formatting options are excellent, and having both mobile and desktop apps is fantastic. The addition of tables, rich workspace organization, tagging system, and features like Nimbus Capture for clean screenshots make it stand out. Other highlights include custom domains, night mode, shareable public links with a URL shortener, image headers with previews, OCR for quick document scanning, and upload.

Cons

The capturing process can sometimes be cumbersome. Although it functions well, it is not as seamless and quick as I'd prefer compared to other tools. For example, I often resort to Apple Capture tools and paste images into the last open note because it's much simpler. I hope this gets faster. I also wish for on-site editing like Pocket's reader mode. Additionally, there are a few formatting issues when copying and pasting to and from Nimbus. For example, copying a CSV or Excel table can cause the web browser to freeze. The note search function could use significant improvement.
