“Great Competitor to Evernote”
Pros
Nimbus Note offers a plethora of features and customization options, surpassing similar platforms like Evernote. The ability to nest folders within folders has revolutionized how I organize my files.
Cons
Since I started using the software early on, there have been some bugs that they're working out, and sometimes the website can be a bit slow. However, there have been steady improvements over the last few months.

“The Ultimate Productivity Machine”
Pros
I have shifted my entire workflow from Evernote to Nimbus Note. It is a must-have for startups and teams looking to boost productivity.
Cons
The app could use some more visual appeal, and the Android version needs a few more tweaks. It also takes a few minutes to fetch all notes every time I open the app.

“"Swiss Army knife"-like tool”
Pros
My favorite aspect of Nimbus Note is how easy it is to include GIFs. I also appreciate the WYSIWYG editor, the seamless mobile apps, and the general ease of use. The extensive options for organizing content, including workspaces and folders with multiple levels of subfolders, are invaluable.
Cons
Manually sorting workspaces and notes is impossible. There are sporadic issues with capturing articles, though these seem to occur mainly at the beginning of my work. I wish there was a general search feature for help and guides, as well as a direct link to the forum on the website.

“The All In One Note Solution”
Pros
Transitioning from Notion to Nimbus was a game-changer for organizing my notes and tasks. It's similar to Evernote but with more flexibility.
Cons
While there are a few minor features from Notion that I miss, such as turning any text line into its own page, I rarely used this feature anyway.

“Nimbus is getting better every day”
Pros
I have seen Nimbus evolve rapidly based on community feedback. It's on track to rival Evernote soon. The fixes and improvements show the dedication of the team.
Cons
The search feature is my biggest complaint. In Evernote, everything was easy to find, and the ability to find text in photos was fantastic. Nimbus should improve the search feature and make using OCR for capturing documents easier.

“Amazing Services & Software. Close to an All-in-One”
Pros
Working with bullet points has always been my preference, and discovering the collapsible bullet points feature in Nimbus Note has been a game-changer for my note-taking. It's become one of my favorite features within the platform. The support from the development team and the vibrant user community on social media further contribute to the overall productivity.
Cons
There are features available on the web interface but not on standalone platforms. However, the development team has clarified that the web interface is the first platform to receive these updates, with subsequent updates to other apps. So far, I haven't encountered any truly negative aspects of this software or service.

“Nimbus Note Business”
Pros
Nimbus Note's simplicity and focus on essential features make it a joy to use. It is reliable, performs well, and the capture and clipper tools are top-notch.
Cons
Minor gripes exist regarding formatting, but overall, there's much less to complain about compared to Evernote or MS OneNote. It may not be as functionally rich as DEVONthink Pro, but its multi-platform support and sharing capabilities convinced us to switch.

“Great for taking notes and keeping everything organized”
Pros
Nimbus Note's ease of use and continuous updates make it a standout choice for consolidating all my notes. Also, the frequent updates ensure it stays fresh and relevant.
Cons
I have been using it for a couple of months only, and I have not tried all the features yet, so it's hard to say. Sometimes creating multiple blocks in one row can get tricky, which is annoying, and I'd love to get more storage space in lower-priced tiers.

“Great Note-Taking and sharing”
Pros
Web clipping is effortless, and I appreciate the ability to access all my notes across various devices. The sharing feature is particularly useful for wikis and onboarding processes.
Cons
Syncing occasionally takes time, which could be improved. Also, the ability to encrypt with your own passphrase would be a valuable feature. Having a server choice in Europe for compliance reasons would also be beneficial.

“Nimbus Note is what Evernote should have been!”
Pros
As a solo entrepreneur, Nimbus Note is a game-changer for organizing my ideas and articles. The features like categories, tags, and workspaces are incredibly helpful. Embedding notes on web pages for easy updating is a feature I never knew I needed.
Cons
I wish I could have imported my Apple Notes into Nimbus Note, but I suspect this is more of an issue with Apple than Nimbus Note.

“A Nimbus that even Harry Potter would be jealous of.”
Pros
Nimbus' screenshot and video recording capabilities are lifesavers for sharing content. The constant updates and new features from the team are impressive.
Cons
There's absolutely nothing I don't like about Nimbus. I do wish there were some minor updates to the video recording aspect, but they have already said this is in the works and will be deployed soon, so if that's my only pain point and it's already addressed, then that leaves... nothing!

Pros
The setup process for Nimbus Note is incredibly easy. It caters to almost every documentation need for most organizations. Kudos to the amazing team for being responsive to feature requests and consistently improving the platform.

“Great alternative to Evernote”
Pros
Even before grabbing a lifetime subscription to Nimbus Note, I found the free version to be incredibly useful. The notebook application is user-friendly with a plethora of features for editing and document management. I appreciate its accessibility across web, macOS, and iOS platforms. The ability to share notes publicly and the collection of useful templates are additional bonuses.
Cons

“I am a Nimboss with Nimbus”
Pros
One of the standout features of Nimbus Note for me is its fully syncing Android and iOS apps. It is not just a note-taking app, it offers so much more. I am particularly impressed by the ability to share notes publicly like webpages and add layers of security with passwords. The integration of emojis, along with robust organization features like folders and tags, further enhance the experience.
Cons
Every tool has its drawbacks, and Nimbus is no exception. However, the company is receptive to feedback and implements necessary changes promptly. I expect Nimbus to become a bug-free tool within a few months, considering the pace of development and improvement.
