Cons
Learning all the software's capabilities takes time, and the mobile app is not very useful, I often resort to logging in through my browser.

The new reports feature very useful. We have the Cloud version installed, and these features provide accurate and average reports of tasks and the number of days spent on a particular project task in seconds. The functionalities of the sub-features under 'Reports' are extremely fast and useful for our software company. The Resource Utilization page and weekly status are used frequently to capture daily task reports.
Cons
Including Task# or its title in the "Resolution Time Report" would enhance transparency and streamline report extraction.

“Have used many, many different Project Management Software, and this so far has been the best!
Pros
My overseas project team uses this software to manage tickets, communicate, and set deadlines. I love that I can respond through the same email that notified me without logging into the software. I wish more support companies used this program. It's frustrating to get an email about a ticket response but not see the comment or respond without logging in. OrangeScrum works so well that I almost never see the ticket dashboard. That's perfect for me!
Cons
As an end user, I have yet to find any faults with the software. I only wish more support programs would adopt it. Although I am a fan of RackSpace, I dislike their ticket support system, which Orangescrum could easily replace.

Pros
What I like about OrangeScrum is its great user interface that allows me to easily manage projects and monitor tasks. The open source/community edition has plenty of features, and it's self-hosted, so my data is not stored in the cloud.
Cons
I haven't identified any significant drawbacks, except for minor instability after installation, which required manual code fixes.
