“Manar Technologies SAS Team Review
Pros
I find it to be an intuitive and easy-to-use tool.
Cons
Connecting to BI platforms like Qlik Sense or Power BI is a hassle due to the lack of proper documentation and support. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare; they take ages to respond, making obtaining a simple time report a tedious manual process. Our experience with them was exceptionally poor.

“Overcomplicated, dated, buggy. Could be great, but very flawed.
Pros
The feature set is pretty good, offering lots of functionality for managing projects, tasks, and timeframes.
Cons
The software is riddled with bugs, filters frequently malfunction, sorting by date never seems to work, and accessing a list of "outstanding" tasks requires endless clicks and refreshes. The interface is overly complex, leading to frequent crashes, rendering it nearly unusable given the extent of the issues.

“Ease Project Management with Orangescrum!
Pros
Orangescrum offers complete task management capabilities that allow me to create, assign, and manage tasks effectively. It's easy for me, as a manager or team leader, to share files, get real-time updates, comment, and receive notifications, ensuring an appropriate channel for communication. The tool also provides flexibility in creating custom workflows, defining project milestones, and setting permissions.
Cons
Initially, using the tool for project management can be quite cumbersome, especially for newcomers. While the ability to customize the user interface is a plus, it still requires improvement to enhance flexibility.

“Most comprehensive Project Management/ Task Management product
Pros
My organization has been using Orangescrum for more than two years now, and we find it to be one of the most comprehensive tools for project and task management. It is our go-to tool to start our stand-up calls, verify project status, add details, or do task planning. End-of-day updates are auto-captured based on team members' details updated. Planned effort versus actual effort planning, resource allocation, and overall progress capturing make it easy for me to manage various projects.
Cons
While the product boasts a well-designed interface, there is room for improvement. Implementing a skill central for team members would greatly enhance its utility.

“Excellent Project Health Tracking Tool
Pros
I only used selected features of this product, but I found the task management to be very well defined.
Cons
Since we only utilized a few features of the product, I can not pinpoint any negatives at the moment.

“Great support team
Pros
I appreciate having a support team that always listens to my needs and actually implements them. Recently, they added an emoji feature to the comment section, which I asked for last month, and it is really helpful in communicating with overseas colleagues. They reply quickly to let me know they acknowledge my problem, even if it cannot be solved in the near future. There is also very large storage space for us to upload our files.
Cons
The file uploading system occasionally glitches, and attaching files sometimes results in lost comments. Also, the mobile app version lacks the convenience of the browser version, lacking features like selective notification recipients and kanban task viewing.

“Community Version is great
Pros
I love how the open-source character of the software allows me to host it on our server and use it as needed.
Cons
Installation can be challenging without the correct server settings. Although not as user-friendly as standard versions, additional addons can enhance usability.

“Project Managment In My Control
Pros
I love the accessibility of Orangescrum and the infinite ability to customize the software to the needs and comfort of all the users within our workgroups and organization as a whole.
Cons
I was misled by screenshots in the Community Edition, expecting a mobile app. However, the mobile version is only available as a purchasable add-on, primarily for payroll, lacking full functionality.

“Excellent experience and fit for purpose
Pros
The software is easy to use, and self-paced starters can get along quite easily. At the moment, I use it for advanced functionalities, including time tracking and resource management for our large multi-site environment.
Cons
While most aspects are satisfactory, there is room for improvement in report generation. Implementing a do-it-yourself report module would be beneficial, although the API offers a workaround for advanced users.

“Excellent all-rounder
Pros
I like the wealth of information available in the summary dashboard and the different views for the task list, which I find particularly helpful when filling out timesheets. Overall, it is incredibly easy to use and customize and is a great aid in tracking my daily to-do list.
Cons
The limited formatting options for task comments, particularly the lack of preformatted/code options and text color, are frustrating.

“Testing and Implemented Open-Source Version
Pros
Getting into the software and starting to use it was easy and straightforward for me. The layout is logical, and I can see myself using this software in the future. The custom Task Type is a huge plus.
Cons
I am unable to create "Departments" for my company, which would have been highly beneficial for organizational purposes.

“Good, but...
Pros
What I like most about Orange is the usability. It is very useful for my small business or office for common or simple tasks to show accountability.
Cons
Mobility is the least appealing aspect of "Orange", the responsive web elements lack proper framework, and accessing the mobile app requires purchasing an executive add-on, necessitating adjustments to view structured fields on mobile devices.
