“PM tool that helps

Pros

I chose this tool for its ability to develop our own extensions and make necessary changes for our line of business.

Cons

Responsiveness is the biggest issue we have encountered so far.

Some settings are hard to find, and there is no clear administrator layout. The Docker version limits setup possibilities.

Compared to other project management tools I have used, this is probably my least favorite. There is no intuitive way for a manager to see outstanding tasks for employees they are responsible for. Also, users can only see outstanding tasks for a project, not across projects.

Add-ons are expensive, which is hard to justify for a small company looking to track projects.

The only con I can think of is that the web version is not responsive. Having a responsive design would make it easier for clients without the mobile app to use it on the go.

Gantt chart interactivity is crucial for good workflow software, but Orangescrum's is clunky and buggy. Making date changes feels unreliable, and screen resizing issues make it unworkable.
