“Top-tier user experience
Pros
it is extremely usable, everything is easy to locate and operate which makes daily tasks much easier. Navigation flows naturally and the features feel instinctive, giving me a top-tier user experience.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is that I can't view tasks as clearly as they appear on the timesheet which makes it hard for me to monitor progress. Tracking becomes awkward without that clarity and I'm hoping the team adds this capability in a future update.

Pros
I appreciate that the interface is simple and just works. On mobile, the UI is approachable making logging my experiences and tracking task durations effortless.
Cons
I'd like to see a few bulk-insert features added. For example, I want to enter specific hours for a single day and then clone those exact hours across the workweek. That way entries would represent concrete hours for each workday instead of just being logged as a generic "day".

“easy project setup and editing
Pros
Setting up new projects and editing them later is really simple and having multiple administrators manage things works excellently for me.
Cons
What bothers me is how tricky it is to transition a project from the 'new business' stage into 'standard', I also wish generating reports were faster and that I could export a easy Excel sheet to hand to clients, already broken down by date, activity, operator, hours spent and an overall total.

Interface is easy and customer support is helpful though I think responses can take some time.
Cons
After recent updates, several unresolved bugs have affected my experience, with Safari issues, an outdated and blurry desktop app on high-resolution screens and a very limited iOS app that only lets me track time which I find almost useless.

Time tracking is simplified for my team, setting up individual tasks, grouping them into projects and linking projects to clients is effortless. I find it excellent for monitoring time and budgets across all tasks.
Cons
No major flaws stand out to me so far though the auto-generated "default task list" naming is a small annoyance I'd prefer to change.
