“Collaboration & time tracking
Pros
Collaboration feels completely feasible and smooth whether it's sharing files, leaving comments or coordinating on projects. I especially like the built-in time tracking and task management tools. Having everything integrated in one place keeps our workflow organized and transparent so we can focus on the work itself instead of switching between different apps.
Cons
At first it was pretty difficult to get the hang of and I wish there were more customization options.

Pros
As a freelancer and agency-side user I find this an excellent all-in-one project management and time-tracking solution. The interface is convenient, letting me move around quickly. I value how it lets me track a project's profitability per task, delegate responsibilities, monitor progress and produce detailed invoices all in one place. Gantt views and Kanban boards give me versatile ways to view timelines and workflows.
Cons
The mobile app works but I find it doesn't feel as refined as the desktop version and using some functions like time tracking is a little glitchy on smaller screens. Missing a subtask capability is a major drawback when I'm trying to break down more complicated projects. Also while the reporting tools are great overall I wish there were more options to tailor reports so they better match different business requirements.

“Price hike frustration

Time-tracking and project management are easy and dependable which I really appreciate.
Cons
What bothered me most was that they dramatically raised their prices, practically tripling them, as new features were added and on top of that they capped how much historical data could stay in our account unless we accepted the pricier plan. We didn't need those extra bells and whistles so it felt like the only way to keep using the tool and to retain access to the hours and projects we'd already logged was to agree to a much larger bill. It honestly felt like our data and continued service were being held hostage to a price jump, even though the base service we used never included any of the new capabilities.

Pros
Throughout the project lifecycle I can shape everything exactly how I want from scheduling to invoicing and time cards centralized in one platform.
Cons
I would say that some niche apps pack extra capabilities your company might require. Do your homework up front to flag nonnegotiable features otherwise you could end up feeling let down.

app's simplification stands out for me, I can quickly organize tasks, monitor time entries and handle invoicing without complicated steps.
Cons
It's clearly geared toward small teams so I doubt it would be ideal once our headcount exceeds twenty people. That leaves me questioning which solution I'll turn to if we start hiring more staff although I'll deal with that when the time comes soon.

I depend on its time-tracking more than any other tool, I can export monthly reports easily and I appreciate that it congreatates a ton of filters into one place.
Cons
At times I notice a minute overlaps and the app shoves the task aside, even when one task ended and another began in the following minute, I'm referring to situations where time is rounded to 15-minute increments.

Pros
As someone who uses this tool regularly, I can't overstate how easy it is to track time on tasks and push those entries straight into invoices. It's helped me and my team become much more efficient at seeing where our time goes, spotting bottlenecks and fixing problems more quickly.
Cons
I hadn't realized there was a desktop version available so I've been getting by with the browser interface which can feel a little awkward and clunky for daily use. After discovering the app exists, I wish I'd switched earlier to avoid the web version's limitations.

Pros
simple to use tool and that the built-in features cover everything I need (task management, time tracking, invoicing, project management and time reports). The interface is very user-friendly and quite easy.
Cons
My main suggestion for improvement is the Time Reports view. When I archive reports, I wish they no longer show up in the sidebar. It feels cluttered to see everything listed there. Right now I'm relying on filters but I'd really like a permanent fix for that.

Pros
For me having task management and time tracking combined into a single system means I only pay once instead of having to buy two separate tools. It's as simple to use as Asana, yet it's loaded with more capabilities like ClickUp and I find it far better than either of those.
Cons
can't set a per-word price for billing articles with this tool yet and because of UK legal requirements I need to export invoices into QuickBooks and send them from there instead of issuing them directly from the app.

Pros
project planning module is a standout for me, it's incredibly user-friendly and gives all the tools to create projects, estimate hours for each task and monitor actual time spent. Customizable reporting adapts perfectly to my needs and having both a desktop and mobile app makes working on the go convenient.
