Best Project Management tool out there - hands down

Pros

This software stands out as it views project management as a dynamic process, not merely a checklist of tasks. It supports continuous improvement, offering templates for common projects and accommodating standard task lists, Kanbans, or a hybrid of both.

Cons

Unlike traditional task-list-based tools like MS Project or Basecamp, adapting to Pie's approach requires a shift in mindset for project managers. However, with early support from PieMatrix's consulting partners, this adjustment can be swift. Commitment from the organization is crucial.

Can't do without PIE

Pros

PIE has revolutionized our project management experience, being both the easiest to use and the most powerful tool we've encountered. Unlike other platforms with low adoption rates, PIE boasts 100% adoption among our team. Its consistent interface across web, mobile, and other platforms simplifies access, while its robust reporting features and seamless integration with BI tools enhance data analysis.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike about the software. The responsiveness of the company is commendable. All our improvement suggestions have been promptly implemented, making any previous dislikes irrelevant.

Easy to use & fully functional tool for managing all sizes of projects

Pros

The latest iteration of Pie is a game-changer, combining lightning-fast performance with even greater user-friendliness than its predecessor. It is a staple in my project manager training classes, where students, even those new to project management, swiftly develop their project plans.

Cons

The ease of getting started with Pie eliminates the excuse of "I can't use the tool" for my students, ensuring they can complete their project work effortlessly.
