Pros
Daptiv is an incredibly intuitive tool and generating reports with this product is not a issues anymore. I have been using it for over 6 months and recently became an administrator. Uploading new projects and making edits is effortless. I highly recommend Daptiv for reporting to upper management and finance.
Cons
I cannot think of anything negatives to mention as the software does exactly what I need it to do.

Pros
The tool is very much flexible and straightforward to configure. Our new project managers can start using it with minimal training or complications.
Cons
It may be overly flexible. In the past, we quickly added fields or apps without fully fleshing out the details, resulting in some fields that are no longer used.

Daptiv offers visually appealing features and once you become familiar with its functionalities, it becomes quite easy to use.
Cons
The current reporting functionality (Cognos 10) is clunky and not very intuitive. Reporting is currently not a strong suit within Daptiv.

I like Daptiv's ability to manage resources across workgroups and teams. Setting up an effective Resources Management group and plan may take some time and effort, but once in place resourcing projects becomes much more manageable.
Cons
The interface could use improvement especially when visualizing timelines and resource allocations. It seems like this area will receive significant enhancements in the upcoming updates which will be interesting to see in action.

Pros
We have been using Daptiv for over 5 years and as our organization and PMO have evolved, we have been able to adapt Daptiv to meet our changing needs. The softwares capabilities and features are customizable enough to grow and mature alongside our processes and experience.
Cons
We tend to rely on MS Project for building and managing schedules because of its extensive features and familiarity among our PMs. Keeping the Daptiv task list and MS Project in sync is challenging, even with some automation to assist with this.

It supports end-to-end project portfolio management including excellent demand management and project prioritization. The resources and capacity management module is comprehensive and fantastic to work with. The dynamic applications are simple to create and utilize. The analytics module is robust, resulting in easy report creation and dashboarding. Overall the software is quite user-friendly!
Cons
The project scheduling functionality is a bit complex and not very user-friendly.
