“A complete project management solution built with an agile approach!
Pros
The standout feature of this application is its agile project planning, which revolves around kanban, data analytics and smart visual management. The task organization, backlog, color coding and drag-and-drop functionality makes this application a must have for agile planning.
Cons
I find the application to be less intuitive. For the new users like, you have to spend a bit of time in learning the app in order to understand how to run it smoothly. The reporting feature could offer more detailed insights to make the application more robust. It would also be helpful to have an option to manage scrolling as the board can become crowded with numerous tasks.

“Good experience
Pros
Compared to other agile management tools especially for kanban boards, the UI is simple and sleek. The desktop app is also good and it offers decent customization options.
Cons
The free tier lacks features and integrations which makes it slightly expensive for my team.

“Project Management and Customization
Pros
Installation of this application is extremely easy. I can create and manage cards across different lanes, also properly tag and assign cards to users. It offers great flexibility in planning releases and deployment.
Cons
Customization and creating ad hoc customized lanes and cards are not well-supported. It is also not possible to establish customized rules or logic to control cards.

“Has Potential
Pros
Each card represents a project and you can visually see the status and details associated with it. It is like having post-it notes on a board. You get an overview at a glance and can see who is assigned to each task. Immediate notifications are sent if someone makes changes to your project. However keeping up with a lot of changes can be a bit hard at times.
Cons
When diving into each project, there is a wealth of information you must know about which can be both beneficial and overwhelming at the same time. However, if there was any change you can get confuse. Although I'm not a regular user I do keep up with the listed projects. The search function is decent but I would prefer to see the results in a better view.

“Very good enterprise-grade portfolio tracking tool
Pros
There are many impressive features such as clear task relations, funnels and various ticket types. It promotes collaboration and is easy to learn.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have a native integration for Power BI. The notification system is not perfect.

“LeanKit for large teams
Pros
Setting up and using boards is easy. If you use kanban for development, it seems to be a good tool.
Cons
There are no tools provided to manage backlogs for large products across multiple versions. The planning capability for SAFe is also missing.

“Great Software, but a Little on the Pricey Side
Pros
This software has everything we need in a Kanban board. It is easy to use and allows customization of the boards appearance with subcategories. We used it for our daily standups and weekly meetings.
Cons
The features are excellent but the high cost is what provoked us to switch to another product.

“It's a Project Tracking Tool | Not the Best, Not the Worst
Pros
I really like the way Leankit visualizes tasks as "cards" so you can easily see what you and your co-workers are working on. It may seem visually overwhelming at first but there are filtering options to show only the cards you are attached to or make others cards transparent for a quick view of your tasks.
Cons
It is quite basic in terms of functionality. Additionally, if you have only one lane for projects being worked on and it becomes overcrowded with cards, a notification pops up asking for a reason of why you exceeded the time limit. However, you can enter anything you want in the dialog box, making it completely unnecessary. I wouldn't mind this as much if the lane indicated that it had exceeded the time limit without the annoying popup.

“Good All-Around Project Board
Pros
LeanKit is a simple and intuitive way to create and track tasks for kanban. I have used other tools and I am quite satisfied with LeanKit. It integrates with SSO (Okta) and offers a smooth experience. It is very user-friendly and allows integration with other systems like ticketing systems.
Cons
I can't think of any specific issues, except for the difficulty of deleting cards that you accidentally create. You need an admin to remove them. Just use the application and get used to not having the option to delete cards for corrections.

“Better than Asana
Pros
The swim lanes are customizable and you can color code the tickets based on their category (stories, epics, etc.). It is easy to customize the behavior and the cards are displayed like a proper kanban board rather than a list. However it lacks workflows like Jira.
Cons
There is a slight lag. Sometimes, you ends up customizing a lot that leads to a slightly awkward experience.

“Great introduction into Kanban and Lean project management
Pros
The interface is clean and easy to use. You can configure boards with the necessary lanes and sublanes. Boards can easily link to each other, allowing project managers to monitor progress on sub boards. The ability to choose colors and card types for indicating the current status within a lane has greatly improved project visibility.
Cons
I do believe their pricing model is somewhat high compared to other available options. It would be great to have a version specifically designed for small teams with the necessary features.

“Leankit: CSR made easy
Pros
This program does an excellent job of showing where our team stands with a project. There are multiple ways to communicate and track progress such as leaving comments, moving cards between lanes and applying tags. It provides a comprehensive birds-eye view of our teams progress. Parent cards and child cards are helpful for tracking projects across different boards. It is incredibly useful and user friendly.
Cons
The limitations with lanes and the lack of a sleek design can make it visually challenging and overwhelming, particularly when there are numerous cards in a lane.

“LeanKit as a business management tool
Pros
LeanKit helps us keep all our teams projects and collaborative efforts organized. It provides a good visualization of work progress.
Cons
As my department's work is fairly repetitive, it can sometimes feel cumbersome to use Kanban for all of our tasks.

“LeanKit
Pros
I am a big fan of the Kanban board functions and the visibility it provides to our folders. It allows us to move our projects to the completed stage once we have had all the necessary meetings with the business, which greatly contributes to our teams organization. The Kanban board is a user friendly and well organized tool that keeps our communication on track. Another aspect I love is the ability to personalize profiles with pictures.
Cons
I have been using this board/software for approximately three months, and so far I haven't come across anything that I dislike.

“Really good project management platform
Pros
Instead of the typical list format found in other project management tools, LeanKit offers visual cards or 'projects' that can be easily moved into different lanes, assigned and more. Its ease of use is fantastic and it has an aesthetically pleasing interface.
Cons
They consistently update the appearance and introduce new features, which is fantastic. However, sometimes it leads to issues. Although this doesn't happen frequently but it can be frustrating when it does occur. Additionally, the reporting could be improved to provide better insights.

“Great Kanban with flexibility and simplicity
Pros
The customization options are excellent. Boards can be tailored precisely to our needs. Overall, it is a simple system for users to learn. And If you talk about the flexibility offer by this software so yes it offers a lot.
Cons
Certain options that should be basic are only available in the highest paid tier. The pricing jump seems unnecessary compared to the benefits offered at those higher tiers. I would appreciate some changes in how cards are set up and displayed. It would also be beneficial to have easier integration with external apps for enhanced functionality.

“Overall very intuitive.
Pros
I find the Kanban style of listing tasks on my plate to be very helpful. It enables me to plan ahead and prevents me from wasting time wondering what I should do next.
Cons
While it works well for large scale projects, I wish there was an easier way to create cards for small projects. Sometimes I receive small tasks and unless I address them immediately, I often forget about them. Is there a way to create a shortcut for quick card creation?

“Solid tool for kanban squad management.
Pros
I really the full customization capability of the board to suit the requirements of our team. There is a wide range of functionality available for editing cards, breaking down tasks and more.
Cons
The UI feels a bit dull unless you have a color system in place to differentiate different types of tasks. Overall the system also feels a bit cumbersome when it comes to editing cards.
