It is a good application for me to follow and organize the work of a project in the most optimal way. The interface is comfortable and easy to use, allowing me to keep track of planning periods and monitor progress.

Cons

The platform should handle more languages so that more people can use it. Depending on its use, the cost may vary.

The notifications to everyone on the team when someone has completed a task is appealing to me . It has helped me know what my supervisor would like me to focus on.

This software will experience glitches where I cannot check off a task. I log off and log back in, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

This software is very powerful in helping to organize the office and all of the different duties that everyone does. The support from the company is great, as they check in often to see if I need help.

It is a little confusing at first and takes some time to get to know it. I really need to get all of the people on the team to believe in it for it to work well for us.

This software gives me a wide berth,a platform to freely express the various stages of my multiple ongoing projects. They are all under one umbrella, but the system design allows me to address them independently, which in some cases helps me generate more ideas.

It seems very pushy, as though trying to force itself to be my main go-to app. I definitely don't like that.

I find the organization for my team members to be nice, with a good link to Outlook. It's easy for me to access, offers good value, and provides great support whenever I need something.

The thing that I like most is having all tasks in front of me, backed up to the cloud. Once a task is recorded, it won't be complete until I mark it as done, so I will never forget to do something that has been asked of me. I don't have to worry about losing a piece of paper or diary with my to-do list inside, it's all saved to my account.

Cons

With a relatively full list of items, the mobile app is cluttered to the point that I don't use it while I am out and about. I think it would benefit from a different layout option than the desktop app, as it has a much smaller screen size to work with. The desktop app could be more beautiful too.

What i most like about it their attention to detail and the ability to do so much in it. It is a very powerful, detail-oriented program perfect for my needs.

Nothing. It works like a charm. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Priority Matrix provides easy task management between different teams within my company, allowing a clear communication link across the whole business day-to-day.

It tends to have a mind of its own sometimes. I click a task, and another gets deleted or moved. I also find the notes tab lags, so I think there are no notes; however, later, they appear.

It helps me organize my thoughts. I tend to globalize my thoughts, causing me to lose track of individual steps that are important in reaching my goals. As a screenwriter/publisher, I have a lot of things going on, most connected in one way or another.

I am not seeing the whole picture/projects and how each relates to each other. Because I have many activities, not seeing this causes me to use other programs such as Scapple or Mindjet to see how they relate and figure out which one to tackle first.

The interface is great, customizable, intuitive, and very quick to read. The app syncs great between my mobile and desktop devices.

The team pricing is a bit high given it is not on most big companies' standard software packages.

I love the 4 quadrants and the fact that I can customize the labels, colors, etc. I have the ability to set due dates, drag and drop to delete, and choose icons for each item.

I have to click through to another screen to set a due date. It would be nice to be able to check an item on the list, and as I did that, it would be deleted.

My team uses this to maintain living agendas for regular meetings. Being able to build and monitor agenda items in real time ensures that all parties are prepared and the conversation moves quickly.

As I use this for just one function, there are many features that I have not explored. I don't think that it is a software problem as much as it might be a marketing problem. If I fully understood more value propositions, this tool might be more valuable to my broader organization.

It is the best app I have used to keep my daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly responsibilities. It is incredibly easy to use, and the learning curve is basically non-existent; I could get used to the app right away.

There was a more efficient way of setting reminder notifications for the items I have designated to different levels of priority.

I like that the product syncs across my devices and that I can use it for both tracking tasks as well as project management.

I'd like for there to be an option that automatically deletes completed items after 30 days or so for everyday duties.

I have tried a lot of tools to track action items for myself and the team I manage,ToDoist, Outlook Tasks, Excel, etc. PM is super-intuitive, provides easy views to see what things need to be tackled and when. It has more features than I've probably been able to even use still as I learn more each day I use it. I highly recommend it.

The handheld app needs some work to catch up to the desktop version, which is a bit of a downer. But the dev team reassures me that they are working on it.

I do not use it to its full potential by any means, but it works for what I need. I do wish I knew more about all its capabilities. I also wish there was a phone app so I could add things when I am not by my computer.

I cannot copy text into task lists. The dashboard is not easy to configure; I would like more color options.
