I must commend the fantastic customer support provided by the team behind this product. Their proactive and engaging approach has undoubtedly set a high bar for other companies. They've been swift in addressing my concerns and have shown a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. This level of support has instilled confidence in the product's future development.
Cons
A major hiccup that has marred my experience is the occasional task deletion or movement when I click on one. This unexpected behavior has caused confusion and wasted my time, as I have had to retrace my steps and reorganize my tasks.

Pros
The visual task and priority management, the ability to manually rearrange priorities, and the access across multiple devices are the best features for me.
Cons
There is not really much I can think of except maybe being able to adjust the width of the details area on the right-hand side when in a web browser.

Pros
First of all, I really appreciate the amazing customer service that the Priority Matrix team offers. Any question that I had was addressed quickly and professionally. I also really appreciate the flexibility that the software offers. On top of the usual priority matrix quadrants, I can customize all the names of the quadrants to best suit my own way of looking at work (or rather life).
Cons
While I am sure there are ways to improve this product, I struggle to identify them.

Cons
I struggled a bit to get my team to adopt Priority Matrix. It requires a shift in how we operate daily. Once people get used to this task management tool, they see its value.

I find lots of flexibility in how I use the platform, benefit from online guides and training, and appreciate the integration options.
Cons
To really get real value, I need to understand how the product is designed to work and take extensive time to figure out how best to use many of the functions. The main screen or view can be confusing to someone just trying the application.

Pros
Using Priority Matrix has allowed me and my clients to be more productive and get the right things done on time! I specifically like the customization and flexibility offered by PM. Since I work with a diverse group of people, many have adopted a similar approach and have specific categories of prioritization. Priority Matrix allows me to utilize my client's categories with ease, adding a customer-centric approach to my work.
Cons
I don't have any strong dislikes. As I begin to fully leverage the capabilities, I expect to find opportunities for improvement. Based on my interactions with the PM team, I'm confident they will listen and carefully determine improvements that will best suit users.

Its fairly easy for me to use and understand, and I can see all content in a browsable area.
Cons
I prefer a Kanban flow style. This may be great for other users, but it was challenging for me to think through the project in this format.

Pros
The visual design is well thought out and makes sense to me, especially since I have to prioritize multiple tasks or I get sidetracked too easily.

Pros
The software is straight to the point. Once set up, it is very easy for me to use and implement with my staff to keep track of their daily, weekly, and monthly assignments.
Cons
I manage various cafes, and whenever I go to duplicate a project with the same items for a different location, the items slowly begin to disappear, and I end up having to make the project from scratch.

Having an app for people on the go is a great feature. I love completing tasks and putting notes as an update for each task.
Cons
The software does not need four squares. It's either Urgent or Not Urgent. I only usually use two squares anyway.

I like the ability to see what is due now. I also enjoy staying in contact with my co-workers on mutual projects to assign tasks and know when they are complete.
Cons
I wish there were more matrix blocks! I would like to see the ability to add another box for an additional category as needed. Sometimes looking at everything all at once can feel slightly overwhelming; it would be nice to have the tasks pop up only when they are due.

Pros
I love the ability to move tasks around as priorities change, add due dates, reminders, and notes. I used to be constantly writing and re-writing to-do lists, and sometimes things would get lost. I use my 4 quadrants like this: Work due ASAP, Work due soon, Long-term work, and back burner.
Cons
The visual design needs to be updated. I like the visual appeal of Google Keep, but they do not have the functionality PM does. Maybe some options for different fonts and other options other than the four quadrants? Also, I would like to be able to show just one of the quadrants and make it smaller to go on my desktop without taking up too much space. An integration with iCal would also be good, so everything with a deadline can also be on my calendar if I choose. I like that it syncs to my app on the desktop and phone, but I do not like how there is that sign-in screen. I want it all to be automatic and seamless like Google Keep is. I have had instances where one updates and the other does not, and then I get doubles or things get confusing. Also, the base price is expensive. I think it is worth it personally, but when I recommend it, I can't see too many people using it. I think it would be especially good for students and have recommended it to parents of middle school students who are having a hard time keeping organized. What if you had a "lite" version for students that was a lower cost? It would only have four quadrants and just one project or something.

Their features like the calendar, analytics, drag and drop, and integration with Outlook. Even though I have not used all the features much yet as we cement the basics, the core features are very helpful. Our service center has the helpdesk software, and I have PM!
Cons
I wish it was fully featured browser-based (no client) and flexible enough to create XxX matrices as opposed to being limited to 4x4.

Pros
As a native application, its quick. I can use different types of matrices like Eisenhower, GTD, SWOT, etc. The data is synchronized to the cloud and available from many computers or mobile devices.
Cons
The application is simple to use, and there are a lot of features, but the user interface could be more modern and simplified. It feels a little bit dated, but it works well.

It enables me to keep status information all in one place, and each member of my team can update and track what's going on.
Cons
I think each action point should have a mandatory or automatic time/date to act or expire so that I get notified in case I forget something. Or perhaps a blinking icon or color change as a constant alert until I turn it off or complete it. If I have a lot of projects on the system, I sometimes miss overdue items.

I find it easy to use and quite visually appealing. It lets me customize to differentiate my projects. It keeps everybody connected, sending alerts when someone updates a task. The support service is great, and the webinars are helpful too.
Cons
It does not check if I put too many tasks for one day, and the sum of the hours is greater than the time I have in a working day. It would be nice to have the possibility to assign people, time, and money to the tasks so I can check (in a simple way) the impact of the project.
