Pros

This software is easy to use the ability for multiple users to work on the same projects and items, and the email notifications I receive when items are due.

Cons

I lack the possibility to create a sub-item in an item in a project. I should also be able to create a repeatable item that shows only when start times occur.

Pros

I use it daily. I love the ability to post from mail directly for follow-ups and prioritize by quadrants.

Cons

The major challenge is that the extension won't allow me to assign a task to someone right from the email or website selection. Gqueues does :)

Pros

What I like most about the system is the fact that I can track employees' work progress and review what is on my desk.

It does not have APIs to integrate with other software like CRM or QuickBooks, etc.

I find the product very robust with lots of functionality, appreciate the great customer support, and value the ability to tag and link projects.

It was very hard to understand initially. My team gave up because it was too hard to choose a process for us.

I have been a customer since Priority Matrix became available, and not only am I a great supporter of this application for many organizational benefits, but the best experience for me has been the customer support provided. They really listen to what I have to say while improving versions along the way.

I used to be able to STAR * my highlighted item(s) in a fair and viewable size. However, during a version update and change, I can now barely even see my highlighted / STAR item. I've been bothered by this one item since that change. Other than that, everything has been pretty great!

Pros

Every opportunity or project can be easily managed with tasks. Tasks are categorized nicely with the Eisenhower Matrix concept. I have not seen any alternative to this app.

The image library is poor. I can assign images to listed tasks, but this can be improved. I should be allowed to put in my own image.

Their ability to schedule repetitive tasks that I perform on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

What I like least about the software is that I believe you guys send too many software update requests.

I work in the financial office of our practice, so it did not relate to to my job as much. I had to add new categories and lists.

I wish the standard version allowed a view of planned time required, per quadrant (capacity review), or if it could export to get a view of the load of work by quadrant.

I find it helpful that multiple users can collaborate within the software, as it helps keep things organized and keeps communication lines open (if used properly!).

I am feeling overwhelmed and confused because we added two new programs, so it's taking a little time to get accustomed to both at the same time.

I honestly don't have any complaints about the software. It is user-friendly. I personally have not had any issues with it.

I find it very user-friendly once I got used to it, highly effective for project and task management, and it makes me want to use the app. The integration features are great, and the customer service is outstanding.

The only thing I don't like is the absence of a small non-standard feature that we could use but is not built in yet: the ability to individually remove or add quadrants or single items from or to a group project. I want to be able to quickly give everyone access to all items like when we build a file from an All-Team template, but also to selectively keep some items private for only certain team members.

Its integration with my iPhone, iPad, and agenda is great. I would like to use it with my team, but it's too expensive for my small team.

The sky-high price to use in a team is a concern. You should make a team version much less expensive for small groups.

I love the Chrome extension and Gmail extension to easily get details to Priority Matrix. I also love the ease of setting up projects. It is VERY flexible for me.

At present, moving items between projects is tricky. Items move from one to the adjacent grid sometimes accidentally, which is annoying. I feel it would be better for items not to move at all between grids or to be more controllable. The adjacent grid is not necessarily where an item needs to go. This could benefit from a little work.

I appreciate the easy functionality, good features, the ability to split into different projects with their own deadlines, and the ability to see all outstanding items.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about the software. But, if I could suggest an improvement, it would be an easier way to "undo" actions or go back to review previous versions of the tasks.

I find it to be a great tool for agile team information sharing and a very effective project management tool.

I find it slightly heavy on RAM (personal opinion only). Everything else is A-okay! The folks @ Appfluence reach out to us proactively to check how they can help, any other issues I could have had in the past would have been resolved.

The clean, easy-to-use interface, great support (replies within 4 hours!), easy sync to the cloud, and real-time edits to tasks.

I would like the software to be more affordable, as well as have the option of what information to include in the Item Details panel.

This allows me to better focus on multiple projects/efforts at a high level. As a single user, I see the advantages a group would have.

I wish the right tabs would default to my preference. I also wish the repeating tasks could have more flexibility, such as what you have in Google Calendar.

The visual layout of the software and the fact that it is not diminished when viewing on my other devices are the most appealing aspects of the product for me. The ability to add due dates, notes, attachments, and links is also a major reason I consistently use this product.

Sometimes the synchronization between the app, web-based, and phone versions of Priority Matrix doesn't work as expected. Certain tasks still show up after being marked complete on one or more of the other platforms.

Pros

Its flexibility and reliability are what I value. I can update my matrices while on the go and share targets and work processes with a larger team. I am able to use a variety of matrices to cover a wide range of different areas of focus.

Cons

Like any software, adoption requires consistent change management and reinforcement, the software is not for those not willing to be "managed."

Pros

Action issue/item diaries/logging enable me to keep track of activity on a task without having a visible running log.

Cons

I'd like to be able to configure the UI to different formats for different types of product tracking. Sometimes the quadrant method is not the best fit.
