My experience with ProjectWorks has been positive from day one. Not only is ProjectWorks a great project management solution with powerful features, but the collaboration with the support team has also been excellent, we have customized the tool to fit our business needs since the rollout and I am sure there is more to come.

Cons

Projectworks allows project managers to create schedules using timecodes, which is highly appreciated. It would be even better if the resourcing and scheduling functionalities were integrated to minimize redundancy. Recently, an integration was released allowing team members to record time through Azure DevOps work items. We have requested further integration to improve Sprint performance and time recording efficiency.

I love how I can easily track both time and project progress. Invoicing is straightforward and efficient.

Unfortunately, it does not integrate with MYOB AO, so I can not produce Statements of Account.

ProjectWorks is a robust project management system, and we are delighted we switched to this platform. We are particularly impressed with the forecasting and resourcing features. The SQL back-end enables us to extract any report we need, which is incredibly useful.

Like any off-the-shelf software, we have had to implement workarounds to customize Projectworks for our reporting needs. With time and Projectworks' responsiveness to feedback, we hope these workarounds will become unnecessary.
