QT9 proves to be a robust and compact software, adaptable to the specific requirements of any business. Its user access and admin controls are extensive and user-friendly. The variety of modules and workflows, though initially daunting to implement, offer substantial rewards as they enable the software to generate and monitor a wide range of data.
Cons
The implementation phase posed some challenges. While we received support from the developer and the implementation team, the training seminars weren't as helpful as exploring the system's capabilities in the sandbox environment. Additionally, there is room for improvement in enhancing the training seminars.

What stands out the most is the extensive range of features and its user-friendly nature. It enables efficient project management while also allowing real-time tracking of regulatory compliance, all while maintaining a paperless quality system.
Cons
For those unfamiliar with the system, there might be a somewhat steep learning curve during the initial stages.
