QT9 proves to be an efficient and compact software, adaptable to the specific requirements of any business. Its user access and admin controls are extensive and user-friendly. The variety of modules and workflows, though initially daunting to implement, offer substantial rewards as they enable the software to generate and monitor a wide range of data.

Cons

The implementation phase posed some challenges. While we received support from the developer and the implementation team, the training seminars weren't as helpful as exploring the system's capabilities in the sandbox environment. And there is room for improvement in enhancing the training seminars.
