“Quickbase for Manager Review”
Pros
Completing tasks and managing coaching logs with organized tabs and columns is easy. Quickbase allows me to access and control tasks with ease, and the well-designed structure includes providing designated permissions for specific tabs or tasks.
Cons
As a manager, I identify no drawbacks in Quickbase; it's the essential product for our program and significantly aids me.

“Quickbase is absolutely a need for micro-management plus saving time”
Pros
While designed for marketing professionals, this low-code app deployment is loved for its easy deployment for my team, especially the Sales team for contract management follow-up.
Cons
The user experience lacks appeal for me, a member of the younger generation. I hope for more templates that align with the aesthetic preferences of young users.

“The software is fantastic but needs to improve third-party integration.”
Pros
It is amazing how flexible QuickBase is and how it can be used to model a lot of businesses based on the size of the company and niche they work in. It is a fantastic tool for project management, and the templates help with business process modeling. Ive personally seen it being implemented in huge companies, like the Fortune 500 firms, and in little to-do lists for small software houses. It can be used for anything from managing inventory and the procurement process to when an expensive product like Asana is a bit too much for you. It is especially useful for giving small teams a way to tailor their business procedures while staying under budget.
Cons
It might not be as expensive as others, but it is still a considerable amount to invest.

“My favorite when it comes to data collection”
Pros
Quickbase offers excellent customizability options that allow you to develop almost anything you want, like forms, surveys, and questionnaires. And whats even more impressive is that it also allows you to collect data within the app. And the data can be quickly used to create generic forms that can save a lot of time. It has proven itself unmatched when it comes to the creation of satisfaction surveys (both internally and externally). This software has really helped a lot with keeping employee profiles up-to-date and running interactive patient portals so that users can help themselves.
Cons
This is very hard to explain, but as easy as it is to create documents, it is similarly easy to delete them.

“One of our best investments.”
Pros
Quickbase is very advanced, but the main features can be quickly taught to end users, and the rest can be easily left on them to get the most out of it. It has amazing reporting features, which are complemented by the excellent graphics. Clients can easily interact with the software to generate tickets, and we can have access to the history of tickets, which helps us decide what level of care we need to provide to our clients. Quickbase, like many other task management programs, allows for the easy division of large projects into smaller tasks that can then be assigned to different team members.
Cons
Any ongoing project requires a lot of attachments to be presentable in front of the clients. The attachments may include pictures, charts, reports, and a lot more, but it is unfortunate that we only have the option to include just three attachments. This is a very serious limitation when you are working on large-scale projects. We had to rely on other file management software for this purpose, and then operating an entirely different one for task management was a bit tedious.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Quickbase adopts a database-oriented approach, acting as an online database ideal for Excel users. Creating tables with the web interface allows automatic insertion of Excel data. It's useful for creating query screens, report screens, and form entry screens with a single click.
Cons
Defining complex business rules proves challenging. Rules about table fields can only be established when entering the form (e.g., Required field, amount must be greater than 100).

“Dissappointing”
Pros
Email notifications in Quickbase contain useful information, sometimes making it easier to manage tasks by reading email notification summaries rather than navigating the Quickbase website. Users can also upload files to create their own templates for tasks.
Cons
The absence of API features and the inability to associate or create dependencies between tickets are noticeable drawbacks.
