“Product Roadmap
Pros
Customizable and user-friendly. We particularly enjoy the export options, like the URL export.
Cons
The date range constantly changes, which can be frustrating. It would be better if we could set the default beginning and end dates for all roadmaps.

“A great way to visualize your companies long term strategy
Pros
The UX is well done, and I appreciate the ability to customize views.
Cons
It would be helpful to be able to copy and paste timeline items to avoid recreating them, especially for similar items needing minor tweaks.

“Best looking roadmaps in Sales and Board Meetings
Pros
All my bases are covered with export options. We embed views of our roadmaps in our board decks, in sales playbooks, and share them during internal meetings.
Cons
Collecting more end-user feedback would be great, it could help us streamline our software stack.

“Superb Roadmap Product - Huge
Pros
I find the software very user-friendly, especially being able to create multiple views using the same dataset. This feature is extremely helpful when trying to create both internal and external views of the roadmap also the ability to move items around seamlessly is invaluable. I can switch an item between initiatives, extend the timeline, or move it to later in the year in a matter of seconds. I used to rely on Visio or PPT for this, spending significant time re-drawing and formatting the roadmap. With Roadmunk, I save so much time. Lastly, I really appreciate the professional and sharp presentation of the roadmap. The ability to republish and send clients and stakeholders a link is very useful.
Cons
Sometimes the application's performance is a bit slow, but it has not discouraged me from using it. Initially, I found the formatting a bit tricky, especially with templates, but once I got the hang of it, I was fine.

“Feedback from
Pros
Intuitively pleasing, visually appealing, and easy to teach.
Cons
I struggle with formatting, the label titles on the timeline view are hard to see. It would be helpful if text could wrap to show the entire label. The swimlane view feels clunky with overlapping tasks on different lines. It would be better if labels could span multiple quarters or buckets in swimlane view.

“Roadmunk review
Pros
An intuitive interface, easy creation and import of roadmaps, multiple collaboration and export options, and built-in notification and activity logs make it easy to track changes. The team behind it is passionate and dedicated to improving their product for the customers.
Cons
The visualization elements could be improved, and integrating with other tools like Rally or Salesforce could enhance Roadmunk's connectivity within larger organizations.

“Simple, yet comprehensive roadmapping
Pros
It is simple to use, continually adding new functionality. Really great visuals, particularly the "agile-ish" view by category and timeframe.
Cons
It is solid software with no major cons. Integrating with Azure DevOps would be a great addition.

“A nice timeline, but not great
Pros
It may seem easy to use at first glance but is not, yet it looks nice when included in a business plan or similar documents.
Cons
The software is not user-friendly, and it primarily offers one feature, timeline. Also there is something akin to a kanban view, but it is not quite the same.

“Great Planning Tool!
Pros
Roadmunk has truly transformed our workflow, providing me with a panoramic view of all our products while allowing me to dive deep into the details and scope of each project. Our decision to invest in Roadmunk was spot on; without it, I would not have such a concise understanding of our product landscape!
Cons
As far as this planning tool goes, I can not think of any cons to report. We have been quite satisfied with the product overall.

“An easy to use, and flexible roadmapping software.
Pros
I appreciate how I can tailor various "views" of my roadmap for different audiences like C-level executives, developers, and department managers. It ensures I present only the most relevant and crucial information to each group.
Cons
I really wish it had a feature intake/request aspect to it, but unfortunately, it does not have that capability right now.

“Great and Easy to Use Product!
Pros
Managing deliverables, both present and future, has become effortlessly efficient with this software. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone overseeing extensive programs.
Cons
I believe two-factor authentication should be something that can be easily configured on this tool to ensure the protection of our data.

“Roadmunk is the ultimate way to organize and share your roadmaps
Pros
The flexibility of Roadmunk is unparalleled! From configuring roadmaps to catering to diverse stakeholders, it is been an invaluable tool for my team. Integrating it with Jira has streamlined our processes, and the visual appeal of our roadmaps is just fantastic. Plus, the support team has been incredibly helpful, even offering personalized training sessions.
Cons
While it excels in creating roadmaps, I would prefer if it were priced lower and offered different options for user levels. I have encountered some challenges with the user interface and found it to be less flexible than expected. Also, the sales funnel was quite automated, leading to an influx of emails.

“Flexible enough to be useful
Pros
The software's adaptability allows me to mold it precisely to suit our roadmap needs, setting it apart from competitors. Having diverse roadmap views is exceptionally beneficial.
Cons
Personally, I learned by using templates from a colleague. However, it is definitely worth the effort to learn, especially if you rely on it as your main roadmap tool.

“Very cool tool for planning a big pictire
Pros
What I appreciate most is how effortlessly I can strategize my team's initiatives and present them in various, easily digestible formats.
Cons
There are some technical issues, like the fact that it needs to reload every time you make a change. I also frequently find myself missing dependencies.

“Brilliant road-mapping tool
Pros
It is user-friendly, offers a fantastic overview, allows extensive customization, and seamlessly interlinks timeline overviews, a dream tool for efficient planning.
Cons
I would appreciate the ability to print the timeline on an A2 format. Alerts would also be a useful addition.

“Everyone's on the same page
Pros
The visibility and shareability features are game-changers. Simply opening up project management software to various teams proved futile, Roadmunk, however, enables clear, high-level communication by laying out the course succinctly.
Cons
While software in this category tends to be expensive per user, I found that cheaper options lack the focus on individual roadmapping that this tool offers.

“Roadmunk Brings Clarity to Product Management & Development
Pros
Being an early adopter, I have witnessed Roadmunk's evolution and remain impressed by its elegance, simplicity, and effectiveness. While it is indispensable for managing product lifecycles and projects, its presentation features are equally remarkable. Moreover, the support team's excellence adds another layer of value.
Cons
It lacks direct integration with backend data.
