“User friendly and easy to create your companys roadmap
Pros
It's incredibly user-friendly, with all the necessary features and capabilities, allowing you to tailor roadmaps to align with your strategy.
Cons
The pricing model, particularly the cost per reviewer, is a drawback. I wish there was an option to flag features with a risk of delay on the roadmap.

“Easy to work with
Pros
It is fast, requires no software installation, and supports nearly all our roadmapping needs. The user interface is intuitive and requires minimal training. I also appreciate the continuous addition of new features, many of which address issues we've encountered.

Navigating between different panes can be confusing at times.

“Roadmunk: The Project-Planning tool that's as powerful as the time you put into it.
Pros
Roadmunk is great for visualizing timelines and milestones for virtually any project, though it's particularly well-suited for IT purposes.
Cons
There are issues with timeline visualization, particularly when transitioning from spreadsheets to timeline format.

“Easy to use and easy to communicate to my stakeholders
Pros
It has been incredibly easy to use since day one. Updating my roadmap and making it understandable to internal stakeholders has been a breeze also being a web app means I don't have to constantly refresh a PowerPoint presentation, which could easily get lost or shared without my permission. That alone justifies the investment. Since roadmaps are dynamic, having them live is far better than being trapped in a static presentation.
Cons
Occasional bugs, unresponsiveness upon clicking, and small font sizes on laptops hindered smooth usage.

“Easy to use visualization tool
Pros
Starting a new roadmap manually or through CSV import is very straightforward. Once started, timeline visualizations can be instantly created and configured to showcase what your audience deems important.
Cons
I would appreciate a feature to track team members' activity as they update roadmaps.

“Solid Roadmapping Tool
Pros
The best feature of Roadmunk is the ability to provide a URL for your roadmap, allowing users to access it without needing a license. This saves time, as others in the company can follow progress with just a click, eliminating the need for email updates.
Cons
The interface initially feels clunky, but it is easy to learn with practice. Despite numerous features, there is still more to explore.

“Great Roadmapping tool that allows for flexibility for our complex organizational reporting
Pros
Managing ideas and incorporating them into the roadmap is quite straightforward. I'm part of a product that combines with other roadmaps to provide a comprehensive view for management, so my updates automatically integrate with their views.
Cons
While Roadmunk suits planning features on the roadmap, it is less effective for future planning or higher-level planning breakdowns.

“A robust roadmapping tool but takes time to get used to
Pros
My favorite feature thus far is the ability to have different views for the same roadmap. Managing and sharing the roadmap with other teams or interested parties is incredibly easy. It enhances the clarity of the roadmap, making prioritization during creation much simpler due to the high-level view. I have noticed an option to integrate with Jira, which seems extremely useful, although I haven't explored it yet.
Cons
It takes time to adapt to; its occasional sluggishness in processing changes can be frustrating.

“Solid Product, expensive for whole team access
Pros
Easy creation of new items, quick changes to timelines, nice visuals for roadmapping, and CSV import and export are nice features.
Cons
Updating multiple rows for start/end times can be time-consuming. Cost is a significant factor in not using it more for investor presentations. JIRA integration was not seamless in my experience.

“Great for what I need - high-level prioritization and roadmapping
Pros
It is wonderfully simple to use and allows for high-level prioritization. I needed a tool where I could globally view all of our epic-level initiatives and move them around as needed for prioritization and trade-off discussions with leadership.
Cons
Occasionally, it can be a bit slow, especially when quickly rearranging items.

“Clarity for everyone!
Pros
I like that I can share online versions of my roadmaps, and they come out looking super organized and clean.
Cons
Not all roadmaps follow a linear structure. It would be great to have the ability to build cycles in different structures, perhaps similar to smart art.

“Easy Roadmapping
Pros
I love the ability to create roadmaps and views on the fly. I can update the data easily and create new views that address the needs of my business and help the teams I work with visualize the roadmap from different perspectives. It's easy to use, and the new sub-topic option is perfect for managing complex products and feature sets.
Cons
I hope future releases address the ability to view sub-topics on the timeline view of roadmaps as linked sub-lines rather than relying on hover options. When printing or sharing, it is crucial to show these items in detail on the timeline view.

“Roadmunk Rocks
Pros
The ability to use Roadmunk as a feature prioritization tool (and it's getting better!) and then automatically create beautiful and functional visualizations from the same item list is terrific for communal efforts and executive/customer presentations.
Cons
It lacks font support for item descriptions without needing markup language. Formatting control needs improvement. Also, the inability to create JPGs of the item list is a drawback, especially for product feature presentations.

“Roadmunk Review
Pros
Roadmunk offers a very user-friendly interface that makes constructing roadmaps easy. It's also a great visualization tool for clearly defining and setting when specific objectives will be completed.
Cons
Converting images for use in other formats like Powerpoint is not as effective as I hoped, especially considering size issues.
