“Great tools for tracking product roadmaps
Pros
Roadmunk simplifies tracking my roadmap progress, allowing me to share the link with everyone and update it each sprint. The provided templates are a lifesaver, making customization a breeze.
Cons
The only issue I faced was syncing with TFS or Internal Azure DevOps. Roadmunk needs to make this synchronization process smoother.

“The right features at the right price
Pros
When I sought a roadmap tool, I prioritized two features: clear roadmap visualization and effective product idea prioritization. It was crucial that I could align roadmap items with themes for better team understanding, and the price was perfect for our small team.
Cons
I really wanted to customize prioritization weights on my roadmap, but unfortunately, that's not an option at this price point plus it is not straightforward to display theme descriptions directly on the roadmap.

“Mid range project management software that I want to like but ...
Pros
It is very easy to use and the provided templates suited my projects perfectly. The option to share via web URL with non-users was a plus.
Cons
During my time using it, I have encountered several instances when it was not working. This became increasingly frustrating, especially since I use it to manage my clients as a consultant and sometimes could not access the projects. Also, managing multiple activities isn't as streamlined as I'd like.

“Great design, value for money and approach to the work with data
Pros
I really appreciate the design, especially since the exported roadmaps look clean and presentable when shared with external stakeholders. I also like the approach to working with data, where each feature has multiple fields, allowing you to organize and view your dataset across different criteria such as dev teams, software components, or release months. Being able to save these views for easy switching is a bonus.

“I love It!
Pros
I absolutely LOVE how simple it is. If your team tends to shy away from Agile because the process feels cumbersome, this tool is the answer you have been searching for. Adding, moving, or removing items is a breeze, and there is no need to manually duplicate individual views onto a team board. This has been a game-changer for us. I have set up master views for my team board to automatically pull from everyone's individual boards, giving me a comprehensive overview in one place. No more Jira, no more Excel sheets or Version One. It is all so intuitive, allowing us to focus more on the work itself rather than on time-consuming tracking.
Cons
I have noticed a few tweaks that could enhance my experience: Firstly, a warning prompt before deleting items, especially those linked in a Master RM view, would be helpful. Secondly, finding a better way to display Completed items without cluttering my Swimlane view would improve visibility. Lastly, presetting templates for all users, regardless of trial participation, would streamline onboarding and maintain engagement.

“Great Tool for Creating Visual Roadmaps
Pros
Being able to create visual roadmaps and publish them is fantastic. There are countless ways to slice and pivot the data to create the exact view you need, and the formatting options are abundant. Editing within the visualizations is incredibly convenient (my favorite is editing within the timeline view!).

Pros
In my organization, Roadmunk primarily provides visibility of Epic progress, conflicts, and potential risks in our development initiatives. Its integration with Jira has been immensely helpful, allowing us to present progress comprehensively to upper management and facilitating open discussions a task that would have been challenging using native Jira reporting tools alone.

Pros
It has been incredibly easy to use since day one. Updating my roadmap and making it understandable to internal stakeholders has been a breeze also being a web app means I don't have to constantly refresh a PowerPoint presentation, which could easily get lost or shared without my permission.
