“Great tools for tracking product roadmaps
Pros
Roadmunk simplifies tracking my roadmap progress, allowing me to share the link with everyone and update it each sprint. The provided templates are a lifesaver, making customization a breeze.
Cons
The only issue I faced was syncing with TFS or Internal Azure DevOps. Roadmunk needs to make this synchronization process smoother.

“The right features at the right price
Pros
When I sought a roadmap tool, I prioritized two features: clear roadmap visualization and effective product idea prioritization. It was crucial that I could align roadmap items with themes for better team understanding, and the price was perfect for our small team.
Cons
I really wanted to customize prioritization weights on my roadmap, but unfortunately, that's not an option at this price point plus it is not straightforward to display theme descriptions directly on the roadmap.

“Not a lot of customization of workflow that aligns with our process
Pros
Being able to drag and drop items for a holistic view of the roadmap is a game-changer.
Cons
I noticed that there are very few features and functionalities compared to other companies like Atlassian, especially in terms of integration and roadmap functionality.

“Roadmunk use at Krux
Pros
It excels in visualizing and documenting roadmap tasks, facilitating easy sharing with external parties.
Cons
Managing baselines would be much easier. Currently, we have to copy and archive versions every quarter and then compare them.

“Roadmunk
Pros
Its visually appealing roadmaps make understanding them a breeze for anyone.
Cons
The integration with other systems is rather poor, so I end up having to manually update things constantly, which defeats the purpose of using the tool to save time.

“Mid range project management software that I want to like but ...
Pros
It is very easy to use and the provided templates suited my projects perfectly. The option to share via web URL with non-users was a plus.
Cons
During my time using it, I have encountered several instances when it was not working. This became increasingly frustrating, especially since I use it to manage my clients as a consultant and sometimes could not access the projects. Also, managing multiple activities isn't as streamlined as I'd like.

“Great tool with a big USP
Pros
Roadmunk offers a seamless start while offering depth for detailed mapping, an excellent onboarding experience.
Cons
While we have not been using the tool for long, I suspect there might be limitations in visualization. However, it seems like Roadmunk is constantly expanding its features.

Pros
Managing multiple roadmaps simultaneously is effortless with Roadmunk.
Cons
Handling more than one project could make the UI look messy. Also, I find the price to be a bit steep.

“Not for small organizations
Pros
It is easy to set up though the "starter" package lacks advanced features.
Cons
I find the customer service to be very upfront. However, the starter package lacks features, and there's a strong push to upsell also I was told that there won't be any support unless I pay more.

“New user
Pros
The shareable and editable nature of Roadmunk is a boon for our large team, ensuring everyone stays updated on scheduled tasks.
Cons
As a new user, I have not explored all the functions yet. But my only critique so far is the limited color options.

“Easy to use, but very slow
Pros
Adding and adjusting items on roadmaps is easy with drag-and-drop functionality. Creating different views from the same list saves time.
Cons
Customizing the look of each view and adding items is not as easy as I would like. The software is slow to load and almost impossible to edit while sharing my screen in a meeting.

“Easy to use Roadmapping
Pros
It is very user friendly with excellent templates and support. Bugs are rare, creating attractive boards for executive leaders.
Cons
I find the software limited in enterprise planning features and configurable layouts. It's difficult to adjust the size of headers and items and there is no detailed weight for prioritization.

“Easiest decision to go with Roadmunk. Simply the best value for money!
Pros
Integration with JIRA boards and customizable views make Roadmunk a valuable tool. The UI/UX is straightforward for both users and admins.
Cons
I feel like there should be more features for customizing Gantt Charts, such as showing trend lines and swim-lanes. Also, additional icons for milestones and tasks would improve clarity.

“Pleasantly Surprised Every Time I Use Roadmunk
Pros
This software strikes a perfect balance between customizable fields and preset formats, ensuring ease of use. Sharing options are the best, allowing users access without needing accounts.
Cons
Adding and moving sub-items feels sluggish. I would like the ability to configure views so that I can roll up all sub-items under a parent also, I wish the UI elements were more visible, especially since I have some mild visual impairment.

“Great for stakeholder alignment
Pros
Roadmunk aids teams in visualizing priorities and capacity, promoting alignment and clarity. Its intuitive interface allows for easy adaptation to the team's preferences.
Cons
It is frustrating when changes do not apply. Also, the cost is a concern, leading me to limit the number of people who have an account. It would be helpful to collect ideas from individuals who don't have access without requiring them to install a plugin.

“Good software but could improve for efficiency
Pros
The customizable visual aspect of Roadmunk enhances user experience.
Cons
Selecting dates feels painful. Having a copy-paste option or the ability to type the dates instead of selecting them from the calendar would be much better. Also, managing dependencies and dragging different projects around needs improvement. It would be great to display sub-tasks on the chart.

“Good tool but can use some improvement
Pros
Adding and arranging items on Roadmunk is easy, with multiple viewing options available.
Cons
The swimlane view does not clearly show the timeline, focusing too much on quarterly views rather than monthly or weekly ones.
