Pros
If you’re looking to automate your legal practice and make just about every – daily – workflow concern more efficient, this is the software for the job. The best part about the service is that it allows you to focus squarely on interacting with your clients and analyzing case data to figure out helpful, courtroom, trends.
Cons
Sometimes, I’ve had the system suddenly freeze up when burdened with a lot of our young lawyers working on it simultaneously. The issue revolves around moments, but it would be nice not to have to face it every once in a while!
