Recording time spent on tasks is effortless, and the organization and oversight of my schedule through calendar management pose no significant difficulty, making the process seamless and intuitive.

Sometimes, especially when setting up new matters, it can be glitchy. We've encountered issues with the calendaring function too, where matters we've calendared suddenly disappear.

There's alot of features, but what stands out for me are the time-saving tools. The dashboard, recurring billing, and email payment links are lifesavers. Plus, document merging has significantly streamlined my tasks.

The Related Contacts feature has been incredibly helpful, but I wish we could choose whether to link their invoices. It gets confusing when clients owe for different things and the amounts get mixed up.

Finding files can be tedious because there are no name suggestions. Sometimes, even with the correct name, files aren't found, and I have to use another person's name linked to the file to locate it.
