Generating reports outside the standard RM package is challenging. While the RM team assisted in devising a solution, it remains clunky. It took approximately 20 hours of my staff's time to work with the RM team to enable the addition of interest to client invoices, a feature that should be standard in any billing-centric case management software.

Now that my firm has transitioned to another system, I believe having a timer to record time or an easy conversion method to 1/10 increments would be beneficial. If such a feature exists, it should be more prominently displayed.

We often handle multiple matters for one client, but the system doesn't allow retainer funds to be applied to each matter individually; it only applies them to the client as a whole. It would be more convenient to apply retainers to each matter under a single client.
