Whenever I click on "change" or "add action" in projects, the tab completely closes. This is the only aspect that I hate, as sometimes project meetings are brief, and this process cause trouble.

When it comes to project management, the system is well-organized and intuitive. Its attractive appearance adds to its practicality in managing projects and actions. The indicator management aspect offers a panel with clear information, making it easy to input and analyze data. It has proven to be an excellent tool for goal control. Additionally, the web-based system allows for remote access from any internet-connected device, making work much more convenient.

The budget control for tasks and projects is not very intuitive and is not readily visible within the tool. The Gantt chart for projects is not particularly practical. It is quite difficult to construct them, and the visual presentation makes it complicated to work with.

Too many bugs. Also there are times we failed to change responsible individuals or approvers. Error messages keep appearing, and I often need to log off to resolve them.

When indicators are linked to "actions and indicators," the calculation of the objective percentage takes the average of the two. Each one is considered 50% of the total value generated. It would be beneficial if, in cases where there are no actions linked to the objective, the calculation would automatically consider only the "indicators," totaling 100%.

We are a new company with a small number of employees and we really needed software that can help us as a small start-up. With the help of Scoreplan, we were able to create projects, then specify their phases, timeframes, responsible parties, and budget limits. We also mapped our journey across the Gantt chart. It allowed us to make replicas of it to facilitate the process of developing fresh projects. Making a link between our projects and the objectives of our strategic planning has never felt easier and faster.

Cons

My only criticism is that the search function appears to be lacking. The order of search results appears irregular. For example, if I search ACME Inc., youd assume the most recent or often visited cards would appear, but they dont. Some of the keywords dont appear at all but if they did, they would make our work so much smoother.
