Pros

With Scoreplan I find it quite easy to include information. Also the layout is well-organized.

Cons

Although there is room for improvement but the team is doing a great job. They welcome all the suggestions and try to upgrade a product accordingly.

It's great to have the option of consolidating most of our institution's management tasks onto a single platform, supported by prompt feedback.

Cons

The limited customization options and non-informative layout of the report structure cause issues at times. Additionally, in the projects module, it constantly resizes which makes it impossible to update multiple actions within the same program/project.

Pros

What impressed me the most was the platform's capacity to accommodate multiple users. The ability to calculate OKRs and track projects on both individual and overall levels is invaluable. Furthermore, the platform offers various modules that enhance connectivity between different areas of the company, such as HR and budget.

Cons

The reports are not efficient, and the visibility of actions in OKRs is limited. We have to include the RACI for each action, which elongates the process of allocating action plans. Additionally, we need to update the phases whenever we make changes to project actions.

Pros

I really the functions related to planning, actions and indicators.

Cons

The reports lack accuracy and crucial information, such as the last check-in date. They also fail to provide reports on sub-actions. Additionally, as administrators, we cannot disable OKRs and Actions for other users after the end of the period (four-month period/cycle change). This caused a lot of trouble, as we had to create a new user to take over the RACI responsibilities for everything to avoid losing information from the previous cycle.
