It's great to have the option of consolidating most of our institution's management tasks onto a single platform, supported by prompt feedback.

The limited customization options and non-informative layout of the report structure cause issues at times. Additionally, in the projects module, it constantly resizes which makes it impossible to update multiple actions within the same program/project.

What impressed me the most was the platform's capacity to accommodate multiple users. The ability to calculate OKRs and track projects on both individual and overall levels is invaluable. Furthermore, the platform offers various modules that enhance connectivity between different areas of the company, such as HR and budget.

Cons

The reports are not efficient, and the visibility of actions in OKRs is limited. We have to include the RACI for each action, which elongates the process of allocating action plans. Additionally, we need to update the phases whenever we make changes to project actions.

In Socreplan what I find most valuable about this system is its practicality, the quality and integrity of the information it provides, its wide-ranging capabilities, data security and the excellent support it offers.

I really the functions related to planning, actions and indicators.

The reports lack accuracy and crucial information, such as the last check-in date. They also fail to provide reports on sub-actions. Additionally, as administrators, we cannot disable OKRs and Actions for other users after the end of the period (four-month period/cycle change). This caused a lot of trouble, as we had to create a new user to take over the RACI responsibilities for everything to avoid losing information from the previous cycle.

The indicator module lacks a mass import feature which makes you a lot of manual work. The response time for inquiries could be faster. The absence of a mass change option makes certain processes highly manual. There are numerous user permission requirements, complicating parameterization for end users.

Whenever I click on "change" or "add action" in projects, the tab completely closes. This is the only aspect that I hate, as sometimes project meetings are brief, and this process cause trouble.

The indicator management aspect offers a panel with clear information, making it easy to input and analyze data. It has proven to be an excellent tool for goal control. Additionally, the web-based system allows for remote access from any internet-connected device, making work much more convenient.

Cons

The budget control for tasks and projects is not very intuitive and is not readily visible within the tool. The Gantt chart for projects is not particularly practical. It is quite difficult to construct them, and the visual presentation makes it complicated to work with.

When indicators are linked to "actions and indicators," the calculation of the objective percentage takes the average of the two. Each one is considered 50% of the total value generated. It would be beneficial if, in cases where there are no actions linked to the objective, the calculation would automatically consider only the "indicators," totaling 100%.

We are a new company with a small number of employees and we really needed software that can help us as a small start-up. With the help of Scoreplan, we were able to create projects, then specify their phases, timeframes, responsible parties, and budget limits. We also mapped our journey across the Gantt chart. It allowed us to make replicas of it to facilitate the process of developing fresh projects. Making a link between our projects and the objectives of our strategic planning has never felt easier and faster.

My only criticism is that the search function appears to be lacking. The order of search results appears irregular. For example, if I search ACME Inc., youd assume the most recent or often visited cards would appear, but they dont. Some of the keywords dont appear at all but if they did, they would make our work so much smoother.

There is so many software out there that can help you manage and strategize your work and finances, but none have been as efficient as this software. Scoreplan allows you to plan, execute, analyze, and measure results all from the same spot, regardless of device. We were able to learn more about the tool through the demos provided. The demos made it much easier of a task to decide if we wanted to invest in this software or not. I cannot express enough how easier it has made my life at work.

A couple of our employees have not had it that easy with learning the software features. It takes time to become totally familiar with and learn all of the features and tools built into this software.

Not a lot of software that we have tried had enough reasons to make us stay, but Scoreplan does seem to be keeping us.

One of the things I dislike about Scoreplan is that it may not have all of the complex capabilities that some of our users require. It lacks built-in time tracking and resource management functions, for example, making it less ideal for larger projects or teams.

Additionally, the external integration between projects and objectives does not contribute to an intuitive integration.
