Pros

There is so many software out there that can help you manage and strategize your work and finances, but none have been as efficient as this software. Scoreplan allows you to plan, execute, analyze, and measure results all from the same spot, regardless of device. We were able to learn more about the tool through the demos provided. The demos made it much easier of a task to decide if we wanted to invest in this software or not. I cannot express enough how easier it has made my life at work.

Cons

A couple of our employees have not had it that easy with learning the software features. It takes time to become totally familiar with and learn all of the features and tools built into this software.

Currently, we have been using Scoreplan for a number of reasons. One of the main is data integration. The software permits the integration of data from multiple areas for the internal dissemination of information regarding target achievement. Strategic planning management is substantially aided by the capacity to integrate indications in a single location and generate course-correcting action plans. Not a lot of software that we have tried had enough reasons to make us stay, but Scoreplan does seem to be keeping us.

Cons

One of the things I dislike about Scoreplan is that it may not have all of the complex capabilities that some of our users require. It lacks built-in time tracking and resource management functions, for example, making it less ideal for larger projects or teams.

Scoreplan is a fantastic tool for keeping teams organized, informed, and on schedule. The software is simple to use and comprehend thanks to its adaptable and intuitive user interface. It is an excellent alternative for other collaboration tools because of its flexibility to integrate with them.

Customer support needs to step up majorly, as their cooperation is crucial for any web-based software that is supposed to assist big companies like ours. Their team has often left us hanging with their slow response times and barely helpful replies once they do reply back.

I find the management of KPIs and strategic planning to be essential. And Scoreplan offers both.

The Kanban-based action management is a standout feature. The progress feed and control tools are excellent as it allows users to view all pending issues and take necessary actions on a single screen.

The division of the BSC map into multiple modules with different screens can confuse some users. Currently, there is no clear visualization of map levels when using the projects module. Additionally, the external integration between projects and objectives does not contribute to an intuitive integration.

The features I have had the chance to analyze so far include planning, OKRs, projects and action plans. To my surprise all work well!

It would be helpful to have a Product Map that links all the functionalities together, allowing users to navigate through the configuration and utilization process according to their specific needs.

The platform offers SWOT analysis, planning based on OKRs, projects (actions, tasks), KPIs, and MAPS. It is stable and provides a user-friendly navigation experience.

This doesn't apply to me as I like the agility and problem-solving capabilities of the tool.

The resources that have been most beneficial to us are strategic planning and project management. Both offer user-friendly interfaces and fulfill our requirement for monitoring action progress and achieving objectives.

There are two major enhancements that would greatly benefit our processes: 1) The ability to transfer objectives between strategic maps, and 2) The "List Actions" API to retrieve all action traceability fields (map, perspective, objective, and initiative) for the improvement of our PowerBI dashboard.

What I like the most about this software is its ease of use. It has a highly visual and intuitive interface. In just a short time exploring its functions, I can easily create strategic maps, action plans, projects and indicators. I particularly value its flexibility, as it adapts to our specific needs.

We have suggested minor improvements to the Scoreplan team to assist us with the tool, but overall, it has been serving us well.

The system is user-friendly and has a very little learning curve. It's intuitive and quite practical, greatly assisting in organizing and controlling tasks. It provides timely notifications about deadlines, allows for detailed checklists of activities, and seamlessly connects them with the strategies outlined by the company's management.

Once progress has begun, it is not possible to modify an action.
