Pros
Most of my dealings with customer support is regarding integration with other applications I use such as Oracle and the team has never failed me. Appreciate the dedication.

Pros
Smart IP&O is great when it comes to forecasting supplies and also highlight areas that need our attention.
Cons
Cloud connection requires very strong internet connectivity which is difficult for us in remote areas.

“Best inventory management solution on the market”
Pros
We are so glad to have the Smart Inventory optimization module. I run a small company and dont have someone dedicated to restocking so I have to do everything. Using this module I have set restock levels and get timely notifications and order placements!
Cons
It is expensive for small businesses and there arent many packages to choose from which could have made it more affordable.

Pros
I am responsible to manage inventory at my company and my job has been made so much easier after I asked my manager to get us a subscription.
Cons
It can be difficult for some but since I have been in the inventory business for 10 years now, it was easy to learn for me.
