Well I feel like it would be beneficial if the functionalities were improved to make it more suitable for hybrid project management scenarios.

It has excellent document building capabilities and is ideal for projects of all sizes. Plus the high level of customization and powerful analytics are impressive. I also found the security features simply the best.

It lacks the capability for external connections, has a complex interface and certain features can be difficult to uses. Plus it took significant time of ours to learn. It also lags behind in terms of update time.
