“Excellent tool”

Pros

Managing my team along with all the sites we needed to oversee during the healthcare admin rebrand was really helpful and kept everything organized.

Cons

The only downside was that exporting data wasn't very customizable when I needed to share progress updates with management and my team.

“Incredible one-stop workspace”

Pros

Working in it is very easy. It's basically a one-stop shop and while it's similar to Excel, it's much easier to navigate.

Cons

Upgrade ads at the top are something I don't really love. At first, they made me think I had to upgrade or I'd lose access to certain features but that turned out not to be the case.

Pros

It gives projects a clear organized structure by blending the familiarity of spreadsheets with built-in project tracking tools. It works especially well for keeping tasks, timelines and ownership visible and easy to follow. The dashboard options and workflow automation also help improve visibility and cut down on manual follow-ups.

Cons

Interface feels a bit less modern than some other tools and people who are not used to spreadsheet-style platforms may need time to get comfortable with it. Some of the more advanced features, like automation and reporting, also take extra setup before they become fully useful. It can be less adaptive as well when handling fast-changing or highly agile workflows.

Does a good job supporting different ways to manage work, whether that's task tracking, automated alerts, shared sheets, dashboards or project timelines. It cuts down on scattered communication and gives the team much better visibility into deadlines, ownership and overall project progress.

Cons

At the same time, setting up more advanced workflows, automations or reports can feel a bit overwhelming. Some features come with a learning curve and smaller teams may feel limited by the higher-tier plans or add-ons. Overall, it is a solid project management tool but it works best when there's a clear process in place and enough time to set everything up properly.

Pros

Being able to share client data is useful and I appreciate that it can be exported into spreadsheets for internal sharing across the company.

Cons

Navigating can be frustrating and its overall a bit hard to follow. It ends up being much simpler to export everything into your own spreadsheet instead.

Pros

Right away, it stood out for its spreadsheet-style interface paired with powerful project management tools. It makes planning, tracking and collaborating in real time feel simple and the automation and integration options add a lot of value.

Cons

While this is an excellent tool for capturing and sharing data, its complex internal navigation can sometimes make it more efficient to export data to a simpler spreadsheet for analysis. I think it is best used as a central repository and collaboration hub, not as the final tool for deep data manipulation.

Pros

Helped me stay organized! It feels well worth the cost and the usability is excellent. Whenever I need help, customer support is only a chat away and I rarely run into bugs or technical issues. The layout is simple and adaptive, task management works extremely well and the collaboration features are perfect for project work.

Cons

After using it for two years, I honestly don't have any complaints. It's easily been the best fit for what I need.

Right away, the spreadsheet-style layout felt very user-friendly and tools like Gantt charts and Kanban boards make it much easier to keep projects organized and moving in the right direction. The automated requests, updates, alerts and the ability to transfer information between sheets also reduce a lot of repetitive admin work and save a good amount of time.

Cons

One downside is that many key features, including Resource Management, are locked behind more expensive enterprise plans or require additional paid add-ons.

Pros

After using it for quite some time, I can say I'm very satisfied with it overall. The platform is simple to navigate, user-friendly and features like automated reminders and task tracking save me a lot of time.

Cons

At times, I notice some lag when working with larger files and a few sheets do not refresh instantly. Aside from that, it has been a very solid tool.

Something that really works well is how accessible it is and how simple the functionality feels. We rely on it for our annual SOC audits and it's been very useful for that process.

The only issue I ran into was how often it would log me out. Other than that, I didn't come across anything else that I disliked.

Does a really solid job of organizing projects, tracking tasks and keeping teams on the same page without forcing you into an overly complicated project management system. The spreadsheet-style layout makes it feel familiar right away but it also adds useful things like workflow automation, approvals, attachments, comments, dashboards and reporting. It becomes especially valuable when several departments need shared visibility into the same project or process.

At the beginning, the interface can feel a little overwhelming especially for people who are not used to working with project management tools. Some of the more advanced automation and reporting features also need time and effort to set up correctly. It can get messy too if sheets, permissions and workspaces are not organized carefully from the start.

Coming from Excel or Google Sheets, the spreadsheet-style layout feels familiar right away so getting started is fairly simple. It's also very versatile beyond the standard grid view since you can switch to Gantt charts, Kanban boards, cards and calendars depending on how you want to look at the data. Another big plus is the automation functionality, with features like alerts, update requests and approval workflows that are powerful and useful without needing any coding.

Cons

More advanced parts of this software take a while to fully learn. The basic interface may look approachable but things like complex formulas, workflow automations and dashboards definitely come with a learning curve. Pricing is another downside since there's no free plan beyond the 30-day trial and the paid options can feel expensive and somewhat stiff especially for smaller teams that only need a limited number of licenses.

Biggest strength of this software, in my opinion, is how flexible and customizable it is. It has the feel of a spreadsheet but you can turn it into much more powerful workflows, dashboards and reporting tools. It's especially useful for automating processes, tracking projects and keeping everyone aligned in one place.

Some of the more useful features are only available in the higher-priced plans but other than this, its a great tool for everyone

The board based interface is flexible and can be adjusted pretty well to fit different needs. It works well for project management and task tracking and the automation features are genuinely useful when dealing with repetitive processes.

Can take a while to get started if youre new because the learning curve is fairly steep for some. The interface also feels a bit complex when the needs are simple and some advanced features are only available with a paid plan.

Handling complex R&D workflows and keeping up with regulatory compliance has become much more manageable with this tool. The ability to automate reminders for critical milestones and keep all clinical trial documentation centralized adds a lot of security and control to project management.

Cons

Setting up the sheets at the beginning to meet strict traceability and data security requirements can take quite a bit of time and the interface can occasionally feel less fluid when viewing very dense timelines.

Across different business sizes, it adapts really well and feels very flexible. The customer support is professional and available 24/7 which is a big plus. It also handles milestone tracking and real-time progress updates effectively. Also, the drag-and-drop functionality and color coding make it practical to organize work visually.

Not much to criticize honestly. It comes with a broad set of useful features, including reporting and analytics, collaboration for multiple use cases and workflow automation. The implementation process also goes smoothly so I have no real complaints.

One of its strongest points is how versatile it is. We use it throughout the company for all kinds of work, from tracking receipts and managing estimating pipelines to handling project management and scheduling so it ends up being a really useful all-purpose platform.

It is a highly versatile platform for structured, process-based work across an organization. Bit of you need complex, multi-directional data analysis or dynamic calculations, its formula setup feels restrictive and a specialized business intelligence tool might be a better fit for that specific need.

Having everything organized in one place has been the biggest advantage for me. It gives me the feel of working in a spreadsheet but with much better visibility for tasks and deadlines. Being able to attach files directly to tasks or rows is also really useful for sharing documents and keeping records together. That setup makes collaboration much better because the whole team can follow updates in real time.

There are a lot of features to understand. It's not overly difficult but there is definitely a learning curve before it starts to feel natural. Also some of the more useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans which can feel a bit pricey.

Found it to be excellent for keeping tasks organized. I can see every pending item in one place without having to chase people down or run around looking for updates.

Getting started was more of an adjustment than I expected. The learning curve caught me off guard at first and it took longer than anticipated to get the team comfortable with a tool that's supposed to feel adaptive.

Cost can feel high and there's definitely a learning curve for beginners. A few areas don't offer as much customization as I'd want and performance can slow down at times.
