“impressive task organization tools”
Pros
Stands out to me for how well it handles task management and task organization. Keeping work structured and tracking tasks feels very practical with the features it offers.
Cons
What I like least is the pricing because it can be very expensive for small businesses to afford.

“a complete platform for every workflow”
Pros
It handles project management, CRM, tracking, budgeting and plenty of other workflows in one place. It has the familiarity of a spreadsheet but with far more capability behind it. The template library is also a big plus since it supports a wide range of use cases.
Cons
Pricing can climb pretty fast once you start adding team members.. but its good overall!

“great for growing teams”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me is how flexible it is. It brings together the familiar feel of a spreadsheet with solid project management tools which makes it really useful for organizing work, tracking progress and automating workflows. It also works very well for collaboration and can scale across teams nicely, even though it may take a little time to fully learn and unlock everything it can do.
Cons
Was a little challenging to get started for me because it is not always very easy for new commers especially when you start dealing with the more advanced features.

“loved it!”
Pros
Managing tasks with this software feels remarkably simple. It does a really good job of helping me track the production progress of new miniatures and it also makes collaboration with freelance sculptors and casting contractors much more manageable.
Cons
Since I'm not running a large enterprise and instead operate a retail business on my own, the pricing feels far too expensive for what I need. Also, the support team has been fairly unhelpful and doesn't seem very willing to assist when issues come up.

“accurate real-time reporting”
Pros
Right away, this platform helped me set up workflows, manage projects and work with my team without feeling buried under complicated features. The interface is clean.. I also really appreciate being able to customize sheets for different kinds of projects and the automation tools have saved us a lot of time. It has also made our meetings much more productive since we can pull up reports and live updates on the spot.
Cons
Getting started wasn't completely simple though because the learning curve felt a little steep at first. After spending some time with it, everything began to click but it definitely required patience in the beginning.

“fantastic for team chargebacks”
Pros
Keeping up with ongoing chargebacks has been much more manageable with it. It works really well for task management, the interface is simple to use and it helps our team collaborate better while staying productive on projects. Customer support has also been very dependable whenever bugs or issues come up. Overall, it delivers excellent value for what it offers.
Cons
Every now and then, it can be a little difficult to keep everything updated or to access it remotely. That said, those are only minor downsides compared to how strong the product is overall.

“reliable tools”
Pros
Creating forms was really simple and we use them regularly for exit interviews without running into any problems.
Cons
Sometimes it won't load and I end up switching browsers or clearing cookies. I'm not sure whether that's a Smartsheet problem or something on our organization's side.

“awesome results”
Pros
Keeping track of projects and working with the team feels very well organized and it gives everyone a clear view of what needs attention first.
Cons
It has an organized, clear view for standard workflows but its spreadsheet density can become visually overwhelming when managing highly complex projects with many data points

“made us more productive”
Pros
Really useful for online sheets and collaborating with a team. It keeps task management simple and helps boost overall productivity.
Cons
There are times when updates take a little longer to appear when several people are working on the same sheet but it still feels fast enough that I don't mind it.

“stays organized”
Pros
Over time, my opinion of the tool has become even more positive. It really helps with the work I manage and does a good job of keeping everything organized.
Cons
The only part I do not care for is that it can be a little glitchy or slow at times although that is probably because I usually have a lot of different software running at the same time.

“so helpful”
Pros
Right away, this tool feels familiar and adaptive to work with which makes action tracking really simple. It works very well for monitoring team tasks and the full project lifecycle. The workflow is usually very precise and entering updates is productive and efficient.
Cons
Watch out for this... using the tool across different geographies may sometimes cause entries to appear with a delay. Because of that, it's important to save your input first or make sure to use it in a timely way. other than that, its so good

“keeping 28 locations organized”
Pros
Managing information across a large group has been really convenient and it does a solid job of keeping everything organized in one place. We use it across more than 28 locations nationwide so having that kind of structure has been very helpful.
Cons
One downside is that updates are not always visible to everyone right away. There can be a delay and sometimes the timing of those updates is off which is especially frustrating when dealing with live inventory.

“effortless collaboration”
Pros
Working with bigger teams is where this really shines. The spreadsheet layout is familiar so it doesn't take much effort to learn or train others on it. Since it feels like using a standard spreadsheet, the real benefit is being able to keep everyone contributing from different sources while improving overall productivity and efficiency.
Cons
The mobile and tablet versions come with limitations that feel pretty hard to justify. Some features are tucked away unless you're using the web app and that comes across as fairly arbitrary. The Android app especially still has bugs that need to be addressed and customer support has been slow to respond. Hopefully future updates will fix these issues.

“awesome!”
Pros
Every day, it helps me stay on top of project progress, assign tasks and quickly see what's moving well and where things are slowing down, without having to dig through a huge stack of emails. Each morning, I open my sheets to review every project deadline, update statuses myself and send comments directly from the row when needed.
Cons
When I'm juggling a lot of work at the same time and everything gets busy, my sheets can start to feel cluttered if I don't keep them organized.

“affordable project hub”
Pros
Compared with plain Excel, it keeps all the benefits while turning them into a much more adaptive, simple platform. We use it for construction projects to manage jobs, track costs and store documents all in one place. The pricing is also hard to beat. With a lot of other construction project management systems, the cost of one year of Smartsheet might only cover about a week on those platforms. Whether you stick with the basic sheets or use the more feature-packed workspaces and templates, it works really well for tracking projects, office operations and expenses and also as a document hub. We even use it to monitor subcontractor certificate of insurance expiration dates. For us, this solution has become an essential central system for both project and operations management that everyone can access from anywhere.
Cons
That said, it is not a complete end-to-end project management solution so you still need to bring in other tools, such as budgeting software, if you want to fully monitor and evaluate project profitability. It does a good job of keeping the raw data together in one place but it does not really provide the analysis needed to interpret that data or turn it into meaningful insights.

“simple setup”
Pros
One of its biggest perks is how simple it feels to use. The Excel-style structure is familiar right away so getting teams onboard is much easier, including people who aren't especially technical. It works well for building sheets to manage projects, approvals, internal requests or operational calendars and the layout stays clear and simple to follow. I also appreciate the automation options for alerts, reminders and assignments since they save a lot of time.
Cons
Every now and then some alerts get buried among other notifications which makes truly urgent items a bit less visible.

“amazing collaboration features”
Pros
Using it has been very simple and sharing files or collaborating with coworkers is simple too. It also comes with some really cool features that make it useful.
Cons
Since it's another platform to add to the mix, you could technically manage with Excel or Google Sheets instead. I've also run into a few cases where updates didn't carry over properly.

“useful automations”
Pros
Coming from Excel, it feels like a more capable version of it so anyone already familiar with spreadsheets can get up and running without much trouble. Having task management together with Gantt charts and card views in one place is a really valuable combination.
Cons
It's definitely a strong tool for handling large amounts of data and pulling useful answers from it but for some non-technical people it can end up feeling a bit inefficient. Also some of the better features, like resource management, are locked behind a more expensive upgrade.
