I absolutely loved how perfectly Smartsheet handled tasks and applied filters based on assignees, priority levels and expected completion dates. Overall, it is a highly intuitive software, and it integrates smoothly with other systems too like Google Forms.

Few thing I really wish for is the more intuitive mobile interface. When you're in property management, being able to quickly take notes and handle issues on the go is super important. And unfortunately, Smartsheet just didn't feel as smooth on my phone. It was a bit clunky and harder to navigate, especially compared to how easy it is to use on a desktop.
