“Top pick!”

Pros

Keeping customer details, sales tasks and follow-ups in one place was the biggest advantage of switching to this tool. It made it much easier to see what needed attention, stay on top of important deadlines and avoid letting anything slip through the cracks. It was also really helpful for sharing updates with teammates without getting stuck in long email threads.

Cons

At the beginning, the interface felt a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and customization choices available. It took a while to feel fully comfortable using everything and some of the more advanced functions definitely come with a learning curve.

Pros

Working with this software has been really positive because several team members can collaborate in one place and the automation features help me manage tasks much more efficiently. I also appreciate their customer support since whenever I've had questions, I've been able to reach a real person quickly.

Cons

Collaboration sometimes becomes frustrating. When team members have different license levels, it can make things more complicated if you're trying to build and manage sheets together.

Pros

Ever since I started using it, its so much easier to keep projects organized and moving forward. It's flexible enough to handle tasks, timelines and team collaboration all in one place... and this helps a lot. The admin side and user management feel adaptive too so adding collaborators or getting things deployed is pretty simple. If you've worked with other Gantt chart or project management tools before, it doesn't take much training to get up and running.

Cons

It's a strong overall product but some of the more advanced features do take time to learn and set up properly. Reporting also feels somewhat limited when compared with full business intelligence platforms. Permission management can get a bit tiring as well. Also, the price feels high for how we use it especially since we mainly rely on it as a project management and collaboration tool.

Pros

This tool has been a big help for LearningBrick when it comes to organizing projects, monitoring progress and keeping everyone on the same page. It gives much clearer visibility into tasks, deadlines and ownership which makes team collaboration a lot more efficient.

Cons

Toughest part is the pricing especially for smaller teams that need several user seats or access to advanced features. It also takes a while to fully learn and set up the platform and some of the more advanced tools need extra configuration and training.

What i found tiring was dealing with formulas as it doesn't change that. But thats manageable and other than that, i have no complaint!!

Using it made it much clearer to manage several projects at once. The interface feels adaptive and it helps a lot with tracking task progress while keeping deadlines visible at all times. The tool's flexibility and its different views make it possible to adjust tracking based on specific needs. It also fits naturally into a collaborative work environment.

“makes collaborations easy”

Pros

It was a real revelation for us when we starting using it first. Its familiar rows-and-columns layout makes it approachable right away, while underneath it offers an extremely powerful automation ecosystem. It works well for both technical teams and senior management which is a big advantage. The sharing features with external providers also feel very secure and easy.

Cons

On the downside, cell limits can be restrictive and performance gets noticeably heavy when loading massive sheets with thousands of rows which sometimes brings back the worst frustrations of traditional spreadsheets.

Pros

Love how it handles large, complicated corporate projects really well and since it looks and works a lot like a spreadsheet, it feels much less intimidating to learn than more traditional project management tools.

Cons

This is a very efficient platform made for serious project management so it gives up a bit of simplicity and modern polish in exchange for raw capability.

Pros

Has been a really solid project management and organization tool for us and it does a great job of helping us track different business processes. Its automation features are also very flexible which makes it useful for handling a wide range of tasks.

Cons

Anyone without a basic project management background may find the application fairly complicated at first. It also requires a premium subscription and that can be a drawback for some people.

Pros

Integrations and cross-tab analysis are a big plus. They make it much more manageable to process and present complex information without it feeling overwhelming.

Cons

A challenge, at least on our side, is onboarding and training new employees on this tool. For some reason, people tend to struggle with learning it more than with any other platform we use.

There are plenty of useful features for tracking tasks, monitoring how much time is spent on each one and organizing different groups of collaborators within a project.

Interface and overall navigation are not very adaptive so it can take a while to learn how to move around the platform comfortably.

Pros

What I appreciated the most was its flexibility. I used it for project tracking, surveys, dashboards and several different automations. It gave me a single place to manage a lot of moving parts, keep everyone informed and present information in a way that was clear and easy to follow without needing to create a separate system for every use case.

Cons

Cost was the biggest downside for me. I also ran into a few annoying limitations where the familiar interface made certain tasks feel like they should be simple but copying and reusing projects, formulas, formatting or dependencies ended up being more tiring than I expected.

Pros

Best part is how much I can build with it... from a simple task tracker all the way to a complex project portfolio with automated workflows. The reporting and dashboard tools are especially useful because they let me see all my project data in one view.

Cons

Sometimes putting together more advanced or complex sheets and reports can take a while, otherwise its good!

Pros

Working with the drag-and-drop setup was mostly really nice and it stayed responsive when I moved tasks around. I also appreciated how the dependencies updated automatically since I had a spreadsheet before that completely broke apart. Also, it handled my file imports without crashing which was a huge plus.

Cons

When I exported the final PDF to send to my sponsor, the font sizes came out distorted and there wasn't even a way to adjust the text formatting from the preview screen. That's pretty ridiculous.

“Awesome dashboards”

Pros

One of the biggest benefits for me is the dashboard feature which makes it really useful for getting a quick overview of project status. It works especially well when several people are collaborating on the same project since everyone can follow progress in real time. I'm also able to create sheets, manage tasks and build reports with this tool.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints although learning how to set up advanced workflows, formulas and dashboards does take a bit of time.

Pros

It does a really good job of sitting between a standard spreadsheet and a full project management platform. The automated workflows, like alerts, approval requests and status updates, cut down a lot of the manual admin work. I also appreciate how it can create real-time dashboards and roll-up reports that are polished enough for executives and give stakeholders strong portfolio visibility. Also, its scalability and detailed sharing permissions make it very effective for collaboration across different teams.

Cons

The more advanced parts of the platform come with a fairly clear learning curve especially when it comes to complex cross-sheet formulas or setting up detailed cell-linking structures. And while the formula style feels familiar if you have used traditional spreadsheet tools, it does have some limitations with certain advanced functions and data manipulation. On very large sheets, things like cell capacity limits can also get in the way so you sometimes have to come up with workarounds.

Sharing data and information with clients outside our organization has been really simple with it. It works well whether they use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace so we're able to collaborate without worrying about which platform they're on.

Cons

I'd still like to see stronger options for filtering information and applying formulas especially for the data analysis and reporting I need to put together.

Working with it felt natural right away because the interface follows a spreadsheet-style layout so getting used to it didn't take long. The reminders and alerts are also really helpful for keeping me on top of deadlines.

Cons

Setting up and customizing the dashboard can be pretty time-consuming and permission management starts to feel disorganized when you're dealing with a large organization.

Pros

Getting around the platform feels very adaptive and it's simple to navigate without much of a learning curve. I also appreciate being able to organize sheets and switch between different views like Tables, Grids and others depending on what I need. The Gantt charts are another standout feature and add a lot of value to the platform.

Cons

A few features I wanted are locked behind paid add-ons or more expensive plan tiers which was a bit disappointing. I also felt that some of the support services and offerings leaned a little too heavily on AI in their current format.

Pros

Using it for project management and collaboration has been a really positive experience. It has made tracking projects much simpler and now I can see the status of every project at a glance without needing to dig through every sheet.

Cons

Took us a while to get familiar with all of the features and the interface felt a little overwhelming at the beginning. but soon after a day or two everything was great!
