Cons
Overall it fulfills all the requirements our team had. Perhaps a more intuitive interface (such as incorporating drag and drop functionality) would make it even easier to use.

“Use of SOPlanning in scheduleing activities”
Pros
This software is incredibly easy to set up and intuitive to use. Not to mention even for those with limited skills. I particularly enjoy the dual view of People and Project Planning and the seamless switching between them. The daily view and the quick overview of people's availability for each day are fantastic.
Cons
It would be better if the same activity for multiple resources were treated as a single activity when adjusting the schedule. Additionally there is a lack of vertical scrolling in the plan area which causes the menu and captions to go off screen when there are many rows and you want to view the lower section.

The program is highly visual and graphical. Performing actions like selecting filters by time period, project or users is quite quick. The resulting display on the screen is simple and clear.
Cons
Having a better CSV export feature would be helpful for extracting selected information. For example, when applying filters to multiple users or projects within a time period it would be great to export the detailed information (the matching lines) in a CSV format.

Pros
The best aspect of this program is that it displays all the necessary information on a single screen. There is no need to open additional windows or tabs in the browser to view tasks assigned to each user. Its super easy and convenient.
Cons
There is no option to customize the calendar. It would be beneficial to have the ability to change the color of the days of the week for holidays, weekends, user holidays etc. It would also be nice to be able to create tasks on weekends.

It's easy to use and very stable. All of my colleagues can enter their requests in the planning and I can authorize them without the need for excessive emails.
Cons
Its not easily usable from iPhone/iPad and there is no automation to transfer the planning to my calendar. Editing doesn't work well on mobile devices.
