Personally, I found it to be okay, but I believe it's a bit expensive. I tried the trial version but didn't see significant improvements compared to Trello.

Establishing deadline commitments with the developer team was a bit challenging. As a German company, we value deadlines and working towards them. It took some time to finalize concrete due dates with the developer team, but we resolved it professionally and amicably.

Since Taskworld started, there has been a noticeable failure in the standard of customer technical support. Moreover, there are consistent and frustrating issues with bugs and slow loading times, which were not present before. It feels disingenuous when support's default response is "use Google Chrome" to address problems. In one instance, we had to wait nearly six months for a simple bug fix that significantly impacted our ability to use the product.

As the title of my review suggests, TaskWorld is very user-friendly. Setting up tasks is a also a simple process and the project groups are fantastic. All projects are easily identifiable and accessible in one place. The notifications can be customized to your preference. The customer service team is eager and responds promptly.

Cons

Assigning the same task to multiple people simultaneously creates confusion about who checks it off. Subtasks (checklists) don't appear in your to-do list. When you complete the main task, all subtasks (checklists) are automatically marked as complete. The project status lacks specific details and only provides general terms. The overview displays graphs and charts that aren't useful, and there's no option to change the default view. It lacks multi-level functionality and template options, and there are very few useful integration choices. The application updates are minor and not very beneficial.
