“Awesome, full-featured project management software for teams of any size.
Pros
Adding, assigning, and managing tasks/projects is incredibly easy to do. Having used Teamwork Projects, Asana, and Trello in the past, I find that Taskworld strikes a good balance and doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features. It provides exactly what we need to efficiently manage our projects.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about the software, but if I have to choose, these are the features I like the least: no branding options, no task/project export and no options to export reports.

“Slick Agile Project Management Software
Pros
There is a variety of project tracking styles available to accommodate different team workflows. I like that it allows tracking of projects at various levels, from intra-team to inter-team collaborations. It is a robust tool that includes team collaboration features like live chat, without feeling overwhelming like Asana.
Cons
The mobile app is hard to navigate and quite buggy. It also lacks native integrations with payroll or budgeting apps.

“I tried a lot of solution - this one is the best i have found !
Pros
I love the flexibility of choosing between a task list or kanban cards for each project, along with the inclusion of Gantt charts!
Cons
The notifications for chat messages in projects or in general are not visible enough, and I often miss them.

“Great when working in a big team
Pros
It offers an efficient means of communication among team members, particularly when working on complex projects with multiple moving parts.
Cons
I believe that for some tasks, there's no need to enter Taskworld. It's mainly useful for collaborative work rather than individual tasks.

“A nice balance of features vs ease of use and value
Pros
This system simplifies team task management with duration-based tasks, Trello boards and chat functionality. The interface is clean and user-friendly. The customer service is excellent, quickly addressing any concerns or suggestions. It offers great value for the price.
Cons
Tasks cannot be linked together, and it's a minor inconvenience that when backing out of projects within project groups, I'm taken back to the All Projects view instead of the Project Group.

“Okay Product, Terrible Support
Pros
I really like the feature that categorize tasks within each project. The UI is good, and I find it convenient to integrate my tasks with Google Calendar.
Cons
I wish there was a way to nest tasks within each other instead of just having a checklist. It's also frustrating that I can't press "enter" for a line break in the description. I have been emailing support for months regarding using my Google account to log in on the mobile app, but they keep giving me advice that doesn't apply and say they'll escalate it. It's become a never-ending loop. I pay a monthly fee for this software because it's the best I could find apart from Wrike (which requires 5 users). I might have to pay for the extra users in Wrike to get the functionality I need because this company can't improve their support team. The Dashboard is alright, but I really need the ability to create widgets to see tasks in each tag.

“It is feature-laden, but not the easiest to use
Pros
The automatic generation of Gantt charts based on project timelines is a fantastic feature. The software scales well for large teams, and it allows easy tracking of specific projects/tasks. Each person has their own dashboard to monitor progress and task completion velocity.
Cons
It's not intuitive to use, and people often get confused about how to link projects and tasks. Due to the abundance of features, there's a steep learning curve, and people end up using it less frequently than we had hoped.

“An extremely simple and very intuitive system to use. Decent for the price point.
Pros
This system is highly intuitive and simple to learn and use. It has a streamlined design that resembles a file cabinet, making it perfect for those who prefer a system with essential features and without a steep learning curve. The customer service is outstanding, responsive, and personable, which is a pleasant surprise in today's age. Moreover, it is incredibly affordable considering its mid-range features.
Cons
What makes it great is also what it lacks. It's highly intuitive because it's very basic. There isn't much you can do with it other than create and organize lists, tasks, and assign tasks. If that's what you're looking for, it's probably the best choice. If you're a project manager working with creative individuals who are fantastic but not always organized, or if you struggle with being organized yourself, this system is worth trying during the free trial. It surpasses Trello and many others, but it's not designed as a sales pipeline for sales managers. You can get creative and use it strategically for sales purposes, but that's not its primary focus. We've been using it on and off for about a year and are not completely satisfied. Perhaps a few more options and features would be nice, but the more you add, the longer it takes to learn. So its advantage is also its disadvantage.

“Taskworld is wonderful application for the best team performance.
Pros
Compared to other systems, Taskworld offers an intuitive and convenient UI/UX. It effectively manages each person's business schedule and task assignments. The timeline feature related to time is particularly helpful. Uploading large file sizes is effortless, and the Korean support is excellent. My favorite Taskworld feature is the time record, as it allows me to track the average time spent creating content and plan accordingly for future tasks.
Cons
Please note that the checklist item allows you to specify the start date and finish date. I wish I could customize the color of the board. There are frequent errors, and recently there was a connection mistake that caused inconvenience. Sometimes, it slows down, which can be frustrating for the user.

“Professional, fast, good Funktionsweise.
Pros
The range of functions, overview, customization options, import capabilities from Trello and the phenomenal support responses are truly impressive.
Cons
The price, handbook and Knowledge Database are in English. Some filter functions are missing, and Trello boards look better on smartphones.

“Taskworld is easy to use. It changed my whole work in just few days!
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use, requiring little to no training. The combination of cards and Gantt charts is highly beneficial.
Cons
It should be possible to assign names to colors for different functions (e.g., appointment, milestone, deadline). The blocks in the Gantt diagram should be colored, not just the description. It should also be possible to give project icons colors. I miss the option to connect cards or projects with links to my filesystem (e.g., N:\projects...). It should be possible to link tasks to one another (e.g., Task 2 can start when Task 1 is finished). Regarding the iPhone app, there's no offline capability, no option to move cards, and no Gantt view.
