User-Friendly Scheduling, Billing Issues

Pros

The scheduling feature is very user-friendly which makes it easy to add new clients and staff. Additionally, the mobile app is consistently updated.

Cons

Every month, our bill increases without any clear reason or explanation. Sometimes were told its maintenance fees, but the lack of transparency is frustrating and concerning.

Pricing Increase and Poor Customer Support

Pros

Initially, the billing software was good and easy to use. However, after the company raised the pricing for the billing software by 250%, we decided to terminate our relationship with them entirely.

Cons

The customer service representatives never return calls when there are issues with the system. Even after ending our use of their billing system, we have been waiting for over three weeks without any attempt from their side to resolve the problem. The customer service line is unhelpful, and they can never directly resolve any issues. They claim to contact the relevant department, but we never receive any assistance.

The customer support staffs troubleshooting of our claims submission issue under PDGM was inconsistent, causing significant delays in our billing process. Unfulfilled Promises and Integration Issues

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive to say or recommend about this product. It has failed us at every turn, and promises to fix issues have gone unfulfilled.

Cons

The software lacks integration with its own components, and daily updates often result in dysfunctional parts of the system. Lack of communication about updates hinders our ability to train staff effectively. Customer service bles browser issues without addressing the real problem of poor system integration. Compliance and ethical concerns are forced upon users, leading to citations during audits. Customer service is unhelpful, and the companys overall performance is subpar in terms of service, product, ethics, values, and practices.
