Initially, the billing software was good and easy to use. However, after the company raised the pricing for the billing software by 250%, we decided to terminate our relationship with them entirely.
Cons
The customer service representatives never return calls when there are issues with the system. Even after ending our use of their billing system, we have been waiting for over three weeks without any attempt from their side to resolve the problem. The customer service line is unhelpful, and they can never directly resolve any issues. They claim to contact the relevant department, but we never receive any assistance.
