A game changer
Pros
I adore the capability to assign and oversee tasks companywide within a unified platform. Centralizing L10 meetings for running and tracking has eradicated the issue of misplaced meeting notes. Moreover the standardized format of L10 meetings has eradicated unproductive and off-topic meetings.
Cons
Ive noticed that the rocks and scorecards features can be a bit finicky with items sometimes archived in unexpected places or appearing inconsistently. While there are areas that could be smoother to navigate the exceptional customer service usually resolves any issues promptly.

I particularly appreciate having insight into our companys core goals and focus as well as a structured platform for sharing and developing them on a weekly basis. Additionally the platform enables the creation and maintenance of goals from week to week.
Cons
Since we utilize a different CRM our data isnt consolidated in one place using this software.

If our company adheres to the Traction model this platform is tailored precisely for that purpose. Meetings flow smoothly and seamlessly. Monitoring and comprehending team member progress is straightforward. Setting up coaching sessions evaluations and reviews is a breeze. Essentially the main focus is on simplicity of operation.

Sometimes I find certain features and inputs a bit chaotic when managing tasks rocks and goals. However I attribute this mostly to my own learning curve.

Each users dashboard is fully customizable accommodating the specific needs of different departments. Users can track their own progress while simultaneously viewing team progress. The team meeting feature is my personal favorite facilitating virtual gatherings for both remote and in-office team members complete with screen sharing capabilities. Overall it fosters connectivity within the office environment. For startups and emerging companies it provides an excellent and visual means of aligning everyone with company objectives.
Cons
Theres a learning curve involved as the vocabulary differs from what many are accustomed to. Some users may question its necessity often feeling excluded or marginalized. Additionally a stable Wi-Fi connection and sufficient bandwidth are necessary for smooth operation.

This tool is specifically crafted for companies implementing Traction. Conducting L10 meetings is effortless with all issues weekly scorecards headlines to-do lists rocks and milestones consolidated in one location rather than scattered across various tools or worse pen and paper. Users receive daily email reminders with their upcoming to-do lists. Upon logging in users access a customizable dashboard showcasing their weekly metrics to-do lists and rocks. The platform allows users to add issues review past meeting details and more. Additionally users can even create meeting issues directly from their smartphones aiding in maintaining focus during L10 meetings consolidating information and evaluating meeting effectiveness. Quarterly Conversations are easily set up by managers for their direct reports with responses captured and results presented in a comprehensible report format. Each users accountability and role information are established during setup with managers updating rocks and roles quarterly as needed. Other features include video conferencing capabilities and creating an Accountability Chart.
Cons
Occasionally I encounter website freezes especially when creating action items or issues during meetings. To return to the L10 I often need to reopen the site in a new tab. While the Knowledgebase is limited the support team is fairly responsive via email.
