“A revolutionary tool”
Pros
I really love using Traction Tools! It's a platform that keeps everyone in our business on track and focused on where we're headed. Also it really helps drive accountability across every position in the company. I especially adore how I can assign and oversee tasks companywide all within one platform. Centralizing our L10 meetings has also solved the problem of misplaced meeting notes. Plus the standardized format for those meetings has helped us get rid of unproductive and off-topic discussions.
Cons
I have noticed that the rocks and scorecards features can be a bit tricky sometimes. As items get archived in unexpected places or show up inconsistently. There are definitely some areas that could be smoother to navigate, but the amazing customer service usually sorts out any issues quickly.

“One of the finest tools I have used so far”
Pros
If our company sticks to the Traction model, this platform is perfect for that. Like meetings go super smoothly and it's really easy to keep an eye on how everyone is doing. Setting up coaching sessions, evaluations and reviews is a piece of cake now. Basically, the whole thing is all about keeping it simple to operate.
Cons
Sometimes I find certain features and inputs a bit chaotic when managing tasks rocks and goals. However I attribute this mostly to my own learning curve.

“Ideal for new businesses”
Pros
I love that each users dashboard is fully customizable to fit the needs of different departments. I can easily track my own progress while also keeping an eye on how the team is doing. My favorite feature is the team meeting tool, which makes it super easy to have virtual meetings for both remote and in-office folks plus it lets us share screens. Overall it really helps everyone feel connected in the office. For startups and growing companies, it's an awesome way to visually align everyone with our company goals.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to get used to this software since it has a different set of terms than what a lot of people are familiar with. Some users might feel like it is not really necessary to use, and I think that is often because they already feel a bit left out or disconnected. Just a heads up, you will need a good amount of Wi-Fi and bandwidth to run the program smoothly.

“Essential for businesses following Traction/EOS”
Pros
This tool is perfect for companies using the Traction method. Running L10 meetings is super easy because it brings everything together such as issues, weekly scorecard, headlines, to do's, rocks and milestones. Because of this I do not have to juggle a bunch of different tools or mess with pen and paper. I get daily emails with a list of my upcoming tasks and when I log into the software, I can see my dashboard with my weekly metrics, to-do list and rocks. Plus, I can customize the dashboard to fit my needs. Also I love that I can access each meeting to add issues to the list and look back at details from past meetings. I can even send a message from my phone to create an issue for the meeting. This really helps our team stay focused during L10 meetings and keeps all the information in one place so we can easily rate the meetings. Setting up quarterly conversations is not hassle too. Each manager can invite their direct reports and the responses get captured and turned into a simple report that's easy to read. When each user is set up, their accountability and roles are clearly defined. Each quarter, their manager updates their rocks and roles as needed. There are other cool features like video conferencing and the ability to create an accountability chart which really helps keep everything organized.
Cons
Sometimes the website freezes, especially when I am trying to create action items or issues during meetings. When that happens, I usually have to reopen the site in a new tab to get back to the L10. The Knowledgebase isn't the best but the support team is pretty quick to respond when I email them.
