“Great task boards for teams”
Pros
At our company, this software has become the only tool we rely on to handle daily tasks and projects. We're a small team of five and it does a really good job of helping us stay in sync across hundreds of projects and thousands of tasks. We also regularly invite clients into their own boards so they can collaborate directly with us which is much better than trying to manage long email chains that quickly become impossible to follow. We use the free version yet we've stored a huge amount of information across many boards and still haven't run into any noticeable limits which feels incredibly generous for a free product. Most tools this capable usually restrict something important but so far the app hasn't gotten in the way of how we work at all. Another big plus is that each card keeps everything related to a task in one place, attachments, due dates, comments and all the details you need to remember what's happening and what still needs to be done. I also really enjoy being able to customize each board with different backgrounds.
Cons
There's honestly very little for me to criticize about the app right now especially considering how much the free version offers. The only thing I'd really want improved is the ability to switch between accounts more easily. I have one personal account and another for work and at the moment I have to log out and back in again sometimes even logging out of Google too which feels like something that could definitely be organized.

“accessible boards”
Pros
It works especially well for teams using a management methodology for the first time since people can learn it fast, start using it right away and notice results very quickly. That fast adoption makes it really valuable for collaboration because the whole team can begin taking advantage of the platform without much ramp-up time. On top of that, it includes excellent features for handling any number of users, assigning tasks and setting deadlines through calendars that can even sync with others like Google which is very helpful for keeping up with other activities too. The board system is dynamic and accessible and everyone can participate in real time, instantly seeing changes, task progress and more. It feels very complete and both you and your team will probably enjoy using it.
Cons
Improvement is needed in the notification system from the application. It would be much better if emails arrived instantly whenever someone assigns you a new task or updates the status of one you are involved in.

“Keeps me organized”
Pros
Back in 2015, I started using this program and it has played a huge role in helping me stay organized ever since. While volunteering with different organizations, I could create separate Boards for each one which kept everything neat, structured and much easier to manage. Having all my tasks and appointments clearly laid out in one place really reduced the stress of forgetting something important.
Cons
I'd love to see a more detailed calendar view on the tablet version. Compared with the desktop view, the tablet breakpoint doesn't show nearly as much information so it feels a bit limited. I'd definitely like to see some improvements made for tablet use but aside from that, the software is fantastic.

“makes things easy”
Pros
Simple to pick up and the visual layout makes everything easy. Moving cards between columns is simple, whether I'm organizing agile work, tracking projects or managing personal to-do lists. It also gives you plenty of integration options with other tools and collaborating with multiple people on the same board works very well.
Cons
Needs a built-in feature for simple reports or basic statistics. There are extensions that can cover that but most of the useful ones require payment.

“boards and cards that click!”
Pros
The lists, boards and cards setup just clicked for me right away. Having everything visible on one page makes it simple to follow and it works really well for teams since everyone can clearly see who's handling each part of a project. The mobile app is also a big plus when I'm traveling. The free version covers what I need though teams will probably have to move up to the premium plan.
Cons
For bigger, more complicated projects, I'm not convinced it's the best fit. It feels a little too basic for that kind of work and I think keeping everything organized and efficient would get harder. For blogging though, it's been excellent.

“fantastic free features”
Pros
Gives you a lot of really useful features at no cost which is a huge plus. The simplicity is another thing I really appreciate, even if you're only using a basic board with cards, it still works extremely well and stays very effective.
Cons
The only downside I've run into is that customer support can be a bit slow to respond at times. Aside from that, everything has been excellent and I highly recommend the app.

“flexible boards”
Pros
Right away the platform stands out for being free and very approachable. The list-based layout feels natural and I can invite outside collaborators to a board within the organization without any hassle. It also lets me create private boards for specific member groups as well as public boards that anyone can view. After signing up, I was able to start using it immediately. It works well on any screen size and the interface feels quite different from other services, more like a real app than a website. Creating issues and assigning them to someone is easy. Overall, it has really helped me organize activities, events, processes and workflows that used to be much harder to manage and it makes planning my task schedule much better.
Cons
I can't really create full documents for boards, only basic descriptions. Tasks are also restricted to a single project which can be limiting. Email integration is fairly limited and there are only a limited number of labels available. Keyboard shortcuts are not as developed as they could be so keyboard-based productivity feels restricted.

“dynamic cards for teamwork”
Pros
Keeping projects organized with this tool has been a really pleasant experience because the design is very user friendly. It has helped me manage priorities in a different way through a set of very engaging cards which makes work feel more relaxed, comfortable and dynamic. It also supports collaboration across entire teams, letting everyone share pending tasks and progress so all participants can stay updated in real time on the status of projects being planned and carried out. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to attach files making it simple to share reports and presentations that show progress with all members. I also love how versatile it is since it works not only for professional projects but also for organizing family and school-related activities from any smart device.
Cons
A drawback I have noticed with this tool is that when handling large projects with big teams and a lot of tasks, the board can become very long and crowded so it is common to lose some visibility of the priorities.

“easy to explain to others”
Pros
It is built around simple visual concepts which makes it really easy to explain to other people. The collaboration tools are strong and feel integrated across the entire platform so getting a full team working together on the same project is very natural. One thing I really appreciate is that it works well whether you want to keep things basic or add a lot of extra functionality. There's also a very active the platform community creating Power-Ups which gives you plenty of ways to customize it to exactly what you need. I've used it for everything from personal task tracking to more advanced, multi-step content production involving several team members. On top of that, the company regularly sends out newsletter-style content that's genuinely useful, focusing not only on new features but also on practical ways to use them better in your workflow.
Cons
My complaints are very minor, like not being able to add a description to a list but nothing close to a dealbreaker. I'd still absolutely recommend the platform to a colleague without hesitation. It's honestly an excellent product.

“beautiful boards and accessible cards”
Pros
This tool uses a shared board setup that feels genuinely simple to work with. The interface looks polished and attractive which makes the whole product stand out. Creating a card is very easy and making changes to it works flawlessly. Overall, the experience feels natural and accessible.
Cons
Where the software falls short is in its limited built-in functionality. It depends a lot on third-party add-ons and those are often confusing to navigate or don't match the same accessible feel as the native features. It also seems designed to fit every type of team which ends up meaning it doesn't offer much of what agile teams actually need. It feels like a jack of all trades but not particularly strong in any one area. That's disappointing because it has a lot of potential but I can only see myself using it for smaller projects rather than anything more serious.

“Good tool”
Pros
Might not be the ultimate project organization tool but it gives you effective and visually appealing ways to handle everyday tasks. The card-based layout makes tasks simple to follow and the option to share boards is pretty basic but it does the job well.
Cons
It would help if there were another way to display the cards because once you have a lot of them, moving through everything becomes a bit difficult. The Android app also crashes unexpectedly from time to time although it does not seem like anything too serious that could not be improved.

“andy integrations”
Pros
Using the platform feels very easy. You can just drag and drop cards from one column to the next and adding tags or assigning users to cards makes it simple to keep everything organized. It's also a big plus that it supports plenty of integrations, including Bitbucket.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about with this tool. The only thing I'd really like to see improved is the reporting especially features like burndown charts for software development projects.

“helps with planning”
Pros
Right from the start, the software does exactly what it is meant to do: plan work and share information clearly. The interface is clean and easy so getting around the platform feels very natural. It's extremely simple to use and the built-in sharing features make it convenient to collaborate and exchange content without leaving the same workspace. The customization is fairly basic but it still covers almost everything needed for day-to-day project work. It's also a very effective way to stay organized and keep project status updated.
Cons
Customization isn't really one of this software's strongest points and the options feel somewhat limited, even if that can be a good thing for users who prefer simplicity. The full version does open up more possibilities for customizing content but the standard setup remains fairly restricted. Another weakness is the lack of meaningful differences between board roles since permissions and role distinctions are quite limited in that area.

“Favourite for project tracking”
Pros
From day one, the app has been my favorite tool to work with. It's very user friendly, connects well with other software and offers a level of versatility that makes it one of the best options out there for just about any kind of project management.
Cons
There's honestly not much I dislike about it. If I had to point to one thing, it would be the refresh speed in the mobile app. It can be slow to catch up with the latest changes on boards and sometimes it takes a few minutes before everything updates.

“can be used for anything”
Pros
The platform can be used in almost any way you can think of. It works just as well for something as basic as a shopping list as it does for managing a large, multi-phase project across several departments.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything to complain about. Unless it starts making me breakfast, I've got nothing. Maybe scratch-and-sniff boards would be a fun bonus. :-)

“appreciate the clean layout”
Pros
Feels very accessible because the interface is clean and simple and it doesn't put limits on how you organize cards and lists. A lot of other tools feel less customizable but with this tool you have the freedom to rearrange everything based on the needs of your project. You're not boxed into Scrum either since it works well with whatever framework you prefer.
Cons
This tool is missing support for epic stories. Tools like Pivotal Tracker let you define epics and filter work by epic with a click which the software doesn't offer. It also doesn't include effort points by default. You can turn them on through power-ups but that setup is not very clear and you may have to search online just to figure out how to enable it.

“simple to navigate”
Pros
Using this software feels a lot like having a paperless Kanban board that works from any device. It's simple to navigate whether one person is using it alone or a whole team is managing collaborative projects together. Managers can also be added to specific staff boards and assign tasks directly there which cuts down on back-and-forth and makes communication much more efficient.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about this software. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who has a hard time staying organized.

“teamwork without inbox chaos”
Pros
Working with distributed teams has become much simpler with this software. Instead of sending countless emails back and forth, we put all the details directly into a ticket, tag the relevant teammates and everyone gets an email notification so they can jump in and start working right away.
Cons
Something that really hurts the experience is the lack of a WYSIWYG editor. You have to remember formatting shortcodes to style a message and that's a major downside because most people won't bother doing that so messages end up unformatted even when they really shouldn't be.

“versatile boards for every project”
Pros
From everyday to-do lists to full business projects, it handles pretty much anything you throw at it. It also works well with a lot of other tools and the add-ons are excellent for customizing boards to fit the way different users like to work. On top of that, the free version offers more than enough features to run a business effectively.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve so it can take a while to really get comfortable with everything. It also isn't a perfect fit for everyone some people love the board-style approach while others just don't connect with it. And once you're managing lots of boards with dozens of lists, things can start to feel cluttered pretty quickly.

“real-time teamwork”
Pros
Working with this tool feels very easy and it makes collaboration happen almost in real time. Being able to check what everyone else on the team is handling is a huge plus. Even the free version is surprisingly capable and does more than enough for small teams or businesses. Attaching smaller files is really useful and if you need to upload bigger files or want support, the paid plans are fairly priced. Setting up multiple boards and staying updated as projects move forward is simple to manage. The interface is clean and pleasant and overall it performs very well compared with other task and project management platforms.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at first and adding tasks or projects that are already in progress can feel somewhat awkward. If you're involved in many projects at once, the number of notifications can become a bit too much. Still, once you understand how everything works, it's not too hard to stay oriented.
