“free tier that covers it all”
Pros
The free plan handles everything I need which is why this software has become my go-to for project management. A lot of the open source projects I work on or contribute to rely on the app too and it's pretty obvious why it's such a popular choice.
Cons
I do wish there were simpler explanations for how to get certain things done. It often feels like I'm missing something but I can't always tell what it is.

“clean task tracking”
Pros
This platform is a lightweight project management tool with just the right amount of functionality to capture tasks and move forward with the work. It can also handle more formal bug reporting although you do need to take ownership of setting that up properly yourself.
Cons
I do wish the mobile app were a bit more accessible to use but aside from that, it's hard to fault for easy, simple use cases.

“color coded labels save time”
Pros
Before the software, we really didn't have one place to keep track of important information but now we do. The color-coded labels are especially useful and one of my favorite features.
Cons
It's an excellent system and honestly I can't think of anything about it that I dislike. It has saved us a lot of time and I recently discovered third-party app integrations which has been incredibly helpful.

“reliable boards for teams”
Pros
Right from the start, the app has been incredibly accessible and dependable for me. It works every single time I sign in and I honestly haven't run into any bugs or needed to reach out to support once. I still gave Customer Support 5 stars because, to me software that never forces you to ask for help deserves full marks across the board. Creating, editing and moving boards, lists and cards is simple and fast. It's genuinely a fantastic tool for project management since it makes it easy to build teams and keep track of progress. My company has relied on the platform for years without any problems, interruptions in use or doubts about whether it was the right choice. We've tested other project management platforms along the way but we always returned to a tool-centered workflow. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to set up public-facing boards for customers while still keeping private boards secure for internal collaboration. Adding team members to projects is easy and the email notifications are really helpful. I honestly have only positive things to say about it.
Cons
About the only complaint I can come up with is that the platform can't do my laundry or clean my house. Since that's not exactly realistic, I'm more than happy to settle for how well it handles collaboration :)

“so simple to use”
Pros
After more than three years of using this tool across all kinds of projects, both work-related and personal, its biggest strength for me is still how simple it is to use. The drag and drop interface feels very accessible so following a kanban-style workflow is quick and hassle-free. The mobile app has also been really useful whenever I'm away from my desk. On the personal side, I've used the software for all sorts of things, from shopping lists to planning what to pack for a trip. The option to paste images directly into cards is another feature I really appreciate. On top of that, the team management tools make it easy to control board permissions.
Cons
When I paste images onto a board, there's usually a short delay of a few seconds and the card that gets created automatically uses the image file name as the task title. That can make things look a bit untidy especially when I want the cards to function as images only without task names. Still, I'm really nitpicking here because there's honestly very little to complain about with the software.

“fast boards for team coordination”
Pros
This tool has been a very useful tool for us especially because it's quick and practical to use. It lets you create plenty of boards which helps a lot when managing different tasks or projects. Since everything works on the web, it's accessible to anyone with an internet connection and that makes collaboration much easier. It also allows all team members to take part so the whole group can stay involved and work in a more organized way together.
Cons
There are still a few downsides with the app. One issue is that it's in English and not everyone is comfortable using that language. It also requires a confirmation email which can be a bit inconvenient. Another thing I didn't like is that you don't receive update notifications.

“User friendly”
Pros
Being able to organize my tasks in a kanban layout is a big plus. It keeps everything clear and simple to manage. The software is also very user friendly and I appreciate that it has apps available on all platforms.
Cons
A mind mapping tool would make things better. There are times when I need to arrange ideas based on how they connect to each other and I haven't really found a way to do that in this tool.

“good experience”
Pros
Using the software has been a really positive experience. It performs excellently, feels very accessible to use and offers a very complete set of features. One of its biggest strengths is project management through the board system which creates a real sense of connection with the tool. Beyond being useful, the boards also have style and I personally relate to this creative way of organizing work. The alarms and notifications support team responsibilities very well and help everyone stay on top of their tasks. The checklist feature is also a key element since it makes it much easier to monitor task progress and follow each status clearly.
Cons
A feature I would suggest adding is the ability to make calls or hold online meetings since that would broaden the teamwork options in an application that already works very well for collaboration.

“design done well”
Pros
Right from the start, the app felt very user friendly and the design and layout are really well done. The interface is super accessible so I never had any trouble figuring out how to use it. It made it simple to see who was responsible for what and to quickly update tasks as they were completed.
Cons
Email notifications when comments are added to cards I'm attached to would be a good improvement. That would help make sure I don't miss important comments or notes.

“I'm satisfied”
Pros
Working together on tasks and projects feels really natural here because everything is laid out in such a visual way. Moving cards around is fluid and responsive which makes the whole workflow feel polished. The Calendar Power-Up is also a nice addition since it gives you a calendar view right inside this tool. On top of that, the search function is quick and powerful so finding what you need does not take long.
Cons
Issue is that the software does not include Gantt charts, time tracking or billing features. Getting a project organized for the first time can also be pretty frustrating unless one person steps in to lead and structure everything for the team. Once a project is already set up, it is simple to manage but the early planning stage is where collaboration becomes harder and the project setup can easily turn messy.

“fantastic boards for staying organized”
Pros
The platform has been an excellent free option for managing projects, tasks and even personal organization. The part I enjoy most is how easy the structure is: you can set up boards, split them into different lists and then add cards inside each list. As work moves forward, those cards can be shifted from one stage to another such as pending, in progress and completed. Each card is very flexible too since it can hold all kinds of content like documents, images, videos, checklists, comments and more. Because of that, it also works really well as a communication tool for teams that need to collaborate around specific topics. Labels are also very useful for organizing tasks by location or activity type such as home, work, phone calls or errands. It can handle everything from a full organizational project with invited team members to simple everyday household tasks. Notifications can be sent directly to your email or phone and the mobile app is available on both Android and iOS. Another plus is that the app lets you separate tasks into different projects or folders and even customize the look with different color themes. You can also track task status with options like active, postponed or completed. One of the best parts is that you do not need to delete anything when cleaning up. You can simply archive tasks so they disappear from view and later you can still search for them or review all archived items whenever needed.
Cons
It is missing the ability to create recurring task lists for repeating workflows or task cycles such as things that need to be done every Monday or routine tasks at the beginning of each month.

“Love it!”
Pros
Compared with tools like Jira or Team Foundation Server, the platform makes much better use of the screen space. It fits more cards and projects into the same view without looking messy or overcrowded. Getting to the controls for managing cards and columns is also very quick, without having to dig through extra clicks or unnecessary menus.
Cons
It would be even better with a few more native integrations instead of relying on third-party plugins especially for things like showing card numbers and connecting with platforms such as GitHub.

“fast planning”
Pros
Having a free plan that covered most of our usual needs was a big plus. We were running a small project and just needed something for quick planning and tracking progress. In about 30 minutes, we had our first board set up with movable cards and within the next couple of hours the project was already underway.
Cons
Its biggest strengths are the free version and the simplicity but if a project already uses something like JIRA, keeping an extra tool in the mix can feel unnecessary. The mobile app layout also isn't ideal in my opinion since they could show more information on a single screen.

“quick team adoption”
Pros
Working with the app takes very little effort and the learning curve is not steep at all. That has made it simple for me to use day to day and just as simple to show other people how to use it. It has been really valuable for team collaboration and the fact that others can jump in quickly has also made it much easier to get support and buy-in from my supervisors.
Cons
An area that still feels limited is automation. The software offers a lot of integrations but I still have to work in other tools at my job, including Salesforce. If there were a better way to automate data entry between this tool and the other software I use, it would help me work faster and save a lot of time.

“vibrant boards for teamwork”
Pros
This tool's biggest strength for me is its colorful, easy dashboard and very focused task management setup. It has basically become our team's number one tool for checking weekly and monthly work at a glance, just by sharing the main board where all key tasks and assigned people are clearly visible. Overall, the platform feels very accessible and the more you use it, the more value you get out of it. It really makes collaborating as a team more enjoyable.
Cons
It would be better if task assignment to specific people was improved. Right now, a task can only be assigned to one particular person. Compared with something like Teamwork, you can't assign the same task to multiple people here.

“Perfect for travel planning”
Pros
Using the free version for personal projects and a small group of fewer than six people has worked really well for me. It's a very useful way to build detailed to-do lists, with tasks organized into a handful of categories that track progress from identified to completed. Everything is saved in the cloud so I can get to it from both my laptop and the mobile app with little to no disruption. One of the best parts is being able to attach files, links, photos and almost anything else to a card, then drag that item through custom buckets based on its stage in the process, basically a kanban board if you know Agile. I mostly rely on it to keep my travel plans organized, with buckets for upcoming trips, transportation booked, lodging booked, checklist completed and trip finished.
Cons
My only real complaint is with one part of the mobile app. Because I keep multiple to-do lists with different kanban stages, it's pretty uncommon for items on one list to have anything to do with another. Still, whenever I move a card from one stage to the next, in the app's terms, between "lists" on a "board", the app makes me choose which board I want to move it to. That board-selection screen isn't designed very well so I always have to stop and think for a moment before moving on, even though I almost never want to move the card off the board it's already on.

“visual boards that clarify projects”
Pros
This software really stands out for its visual Kanban approach. Plenty of other tools use a similar setup but the platform's boards, lists and cards make it much clearer for anyone to grasp both the structure of a project and how everyone else is progressing. A lot of project management platforms feel heavily text-based, almost like dressed-up spreadsheets while the software delivers a much more visual way to manage work that's easy to follow.
Cons
There honestly are not many downsides to the software. The biggest one is that, like with many tools, the paid version unlocks a lot more than the free plan, even though most people start out just trying the free version. Another thing is that a user's understanding of project management matters a lot here. If someone is inexperienced or disorganized, the visual layout can become overwhelming pretty quickly. That said, that feels more like a user issue than a software flaw since most tools can run into the same problem although this tool's highly visual style can make poor project management habits more noticeable.

“versatile boards that just work”
Pros
Right away, the software's layout makes it simple to see the important details for every project and task at a glance. That matters a lot when deadlines are tight and you need a planning system that actually supports the way you work instead of making things feel outdated. Another feature I really value is being able to connect and collaborate with multiple teams and boards under one account. It keeps everyone informed across every project, whether it's for work or personal use. One more favorite is how well this software integrates with dozens of productivity apps, both popular and more niche. Whatever your setup looks like, there's usually a combination of tools and integrations that lets the app fit exactly how you want to work.
Cons
It's unusual for me to have no complaints at all about a piece of software but with this software, I honestly don't have any. None. Zero. Your experience might be different but for what I need, it does everything I want and then some.

“useful features”
Pros
The software is a very user friendly tool and it can be adapted in a lot of different ways. At work, we use it for both task management and project management. It's simple to filter by team member which makes it easier to see how much work each person has. Even the free version comes packed with really valuable features.
Cons
Analytics side of the tool feels incomplete. They update it often but some basic reporting features are still missing. For example, you can't check how many times a card has been opened or viewed.

“handy task tracking for startups”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized in this tool is very easy which is easily its biggest advantage. It does a really good job of helping you stay on top of work across engineering, business or even personal projects. For a small startup with a lean engineering team, it fits really well and gets the job done.
Cons
Better built-in labels and filtering options would make a big difference. The add-ons are useful but the software could still include some more basic labeling features out of the box. It also doesn't scale especially well for larger teams and once you need stronger connections to engineering ticketing systems, a more advanced platform usually becomes necessary.
