“smart features”
Pros
The platform feels like one of the most clever tools available right now. It keeps things simple to use while still being packed with useful features. The interface looks excellent and everything runs flawlessly without any problems.
Cons
Honestly, there is not much I dislike about the software. A few integrations could work better with the platform but that is not really something this tool itself can control.

“My review”
Pros
Being able to add checklists inside cards is one of my favorite parts. It's especially useful for recurring tasks since I can keep a "template card" and just clone it whenever it comes up again. It's a really practical way to apply agile-style organization to personal tasks without needing to pay for a subscription which is even better since it's free.
Cons
Something that would improve it is having a way to store cards for cloning or reuse without them showing up directly on the board. Right now I work around that by keeping a separate Template list on my board but a cleaner built-in option would be nicer.

“fast setup and reliable boards”
Pros
Getting started with the app takes almost no time at all and before long it becomes useful for managing all kinds of tasks and workflows. The support team has also been excellent, very responsive and willing to help work through any issues. Its extra features make collaboration and workflow sharing better and threaded comments do a nice job of keeping discussions tied to the right tasks. Handling multiple boards for separate projects or teams is easy and switching between them is smooth. It's also convenient to move tasks across projects and teams and being able to share project boards with other people is another really helpful feature.
Cons
A downside with the app is that it can feel limited when it comes to visual organization. It works extremely well for certain use cases, like weekly workflows but it's less suited for situations that need advanced scheduling or workflows that aren't very linear such as sales funnels. Text formatting can also be a bit unaccessible at first although it's not too difficult to figure out once you spend some time with it.

“accessible task handoffs”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is being able to move tasks from one team member's backlog to another without any trouble. Notifications keep everyone aware of what they need to work on and the drag and drop task cards are simple and just as accessible on mobile. Using checklists to split tasks into smaller steps was also essential since it helped other team members clearly understand everything that happened within each task.
Cons
I truly have no problems to highlight about this software.
