The platform's visual aesthetics may not always convey a sense of professionalism. Consequently I would refrain from showcasing it to clients during presentations. I would prefer to see a ToDo dropdown menu rather than a popup dialog activated upon clicking a task.

Initially I noticed that Trello refreshed more often than I'd prefer. However it has improved over time. Now I hope for easier access to task lists and cards possibly through hierarchical headings. This would enhance navigation for screen reader users.

It was a lifesaver during my internship especially when my supervisor often worked remotely. It made task assignments progress tracking and communication seamless even when she was out of the office. Learning to use it from day one was a breeze and passing on the knowledge to new interns when we completed our internships and handed over ongoing projects was effortless.

Cons

I recall it being somewhat sluggish we sometimes needed to refresh the page to receive notifications after making project changes. However this was a few years ago and it may have improved since then.

The Workflow Management feature is my least favorite in Trello impeding software workflow efficiency.

I seldom use the additional tools due to my limited understanding but this hasn't been a major issue as I'm content with my current use of Trello.

It suffered from a lack of functionality remaining largely unchanged for an extended period.

Tagging coworkers can be somewhat buggy and it's challenging to locate tagged comments upon receiving notifications. They don't stand out well.
