Pros

In one of our projects we utilize Trello to oversee progress. Tasks are created and assigned within Trello and the workflow board effectively marks tasks as ToDo Doing and Done. Trello's costeffectiveness makes it a preferable choice compared to its counterparts.

Cons

There are no significant cons just a need for improvement in the Cards feature as it is not very userfriendly.

Quick creation of small tasks and numerous addons for larger tasks. Free to use.

Logging into an account or registering takes an extended amount of time. The initial setup of the workspace poses a challenge for new users.

It is not feasible to filter and sort multiple columns simultaneously. Sorting more than one column with a tag filter and date makes it impossible to establish an optimal task hierarchy.
