Customizability an intuitive interface with drag functions for tasks crossplatform availability and efficient teamwork capabilities make Trello a preferred software. It is suitable for managing quick organizational tasks and creating todo lists.

Cons

It is not suitable for complex projects and the absence of privilege concepts such as anyone being able to delete messages texts and conversations is a drawback.

Pros

Easy and enjoyable to use Trello leaves a positive and memorable firsttime impression. Getting started creating tasks and steps and organizing projects with multiple stakeholders are effortless.

Cons

Its effectiveness depends on usage. It works well for linear projects with a few stakeholders. When planning multiple complex projects it's advisable to switch to Confluence.
