Trello is effective but I've observed that the storage capacity is limited to 250MB which falls short for my needs.

The Business Class version priced at 25 per month offers additional features like Google Apps integration easy mass production and managerial access to all boards including private ones with options to restrict board visibility and integrate readonly elements.

An issue with Trello is the inability to edit a comment on a card posting a new remark is necessary instead of editing the existing one.
