Appreciating Trello's simplicity its intuitive interface and draganddrop feature allow easy customization of labels and setting up alerts for deadlines. It proves beneficial for beginners entering the realm of project management.

Cons

From my perspective it could be beneficial to introduce additional views beyond just the kanban.

Accessing a Gantt chart requires Elegantt and setting it up can be challenging. It does not consistently work in every account.

The UI of Trello reflects an incredibly intuitive design. It features a builtin automation mechanism that speeds up routine processes. While the base plan limits users to a kanban board opting for the premium version unlocks additional settings.

Cons

While the kanban system may not always be the best choice for project management upgrading is necessary for access to advanced features. Additional layers may be required to bring order to Trello especially in multistep processes or when dealing with more than a handful of colorcoded labels. Managing becomes challenging as projects expand.

Trello is an excellent tool for managing daily work and I appreciate its functionality. It allows setting dates for Social Media posts and seamless tracking making it a goto tool for Social Media Managers due to its task completion ease and replicability.
