“effective for teamwork”
Pros
Trello is incredibly simple and easy to use which lets me organize multiple team members and keep a clear, high-level view of how a project is progressing at any moment, while also making it simple to break work down into manageable pieces. It helps me keep track of customer-related tasks without jumping through hoops and fosters genuine teamwork by making collaboration feel natural and frictionless. Honestly the collaboration tools stand out to me as the feature that quietly keeps everyone up to date without requiring constant follow-ups or manual status checks.
Cons
I feel the main limitations are fairly noticeable in my workflow, there's a cap on how many projects I can effectively monitor switching between projects can be awkward and time-consuming when I need to toggle contexts quickly and I sometimes worry about hitting the platform's storage limits which can be a constraint for larger teams or media-heavy projects.

“hard to add new projects”
Pros
It is really simple to share tasks with others and because responsibilities are clearly assigned to specific people, it became much easier for our small organization to keep tabs on ongoing projects and who was responsible for each part.
Cons
As someone without admin privileges I find it difficult to add new projects to the agenda in the system which makes the tool far more useful for managers than for regular team members.

“weak reporting on free tier”
Pros
I find the board-and-card layout incredibly simple and I really like that I can drag and drop tasks, add checklists and keep everything visually organized since it makes my workflow feel clear and manageable on top of that bringing new teammates up to speed is impressively simple thanks to the simple interface.
Cons
When a project gets larger, the boards can quickly become cluttered and I've noticed that the built-in reporting and analytics are fairly weak unless I pay for a higher-tier plan which is frustrating for more complex, data-heavy work.

“How Trello works in a call center”
Pros
I've been using this tool and it really brings value for money. The process automation is smooth and the customer support has been great whenever I needed help. The features are easy to use and task tracking makes everything so much simpler. It really helps me stay on top of client management too.
Cons
It wasn't the easiest program to teach to our not-so-tech-savvy team members. They really struggled with it, which made the whole process more challenging.

“Simple & helpful but improvements are needed”
Pros
I love how easy it is to see everything at once. The drag-and-drop feature makes it simple to move things around or delete them when needed. I actually use it to organize my budget and while it's mostly great, there are some downsides but overall, it works well.
Cons
It does have its downsides. It's not exactly what I'd love for organizing my tasks. There's a lot of manual work and it would be amazing if I could preset topics to reuse. Also, the layout feels too simple. I'd like to see more color and graphics. I usually prefer using another app but I stick with It because I've already set up my budget here. I think it could definitely be updated. It's hard to explain but Simplish is an app I prefer in many ways, though it has its own downsides too.

“Excellent open-source tool”
Pros
This is an excellent open-source Kanban tool, it's very user-friendly. The free tier is perfect for smaller projects, so I can always count on it. Plus, the built-in templates make starting a new board incredibly easy.
Cons
It would be much more flexible if we were able to tailor the look and workflow statuses of boards more extensively since that change would give me greater capacity to handle diverse project types.

“Great Salesforce integration”
Pros
One thing I genuinely appreciate about Trello is that I'm able to attach Salesforce pages and Zendesk tickets directly to a Trello board which helps me keep the whole team informed and everything organized in a single place.
Cons
What I dislike most about it is having to install various add-ins (many of which are free) just to unlock the features I need to actually use the platform effectively which feels like an extra step.

“simple and visual”
Pros
I find Trello extremely simple and visually attractive and it's really handy for keeping projects organized, its card-based layout makes handling tasks flow smoothly and is genuinely enjoyable.
Cons
When projects start getting complicated I notice it's limitations quickly and because many of the more advanced capabilities are behind a paid tier it can feel irritating for users like me who need those features.

Overall it's incredibly user-friendly and whenever I've needed help the customer support team has been exceptional.

“Saves time with drag-and-drop”
Pros
I see Trello mainly as a project-management platform that helps me handle and keep track of multiple workflows and what I really like about it is how much time it saves me along with its drag-and-drop interface which makes organizing and moving tasks feel intuitive and effortless.
Cons
For me Trello can present challenges when managing task workflows because it lacks many of the advanced & powerful features I need to fully control complex workflows and support every kind of project.

“how i got my scammed funds back”
Pros
For almost five months, I was too afraid to even tell my children about it. That all changed when I ran into an old high school friend at the bus station downtown. After sharing my struggle with her, she introduced me to UNIQUE RECOVERY FIRM, and they provided incredible, professional support. They helped me recover all my funds, and even a bit extra due to some compensation for the inconvenience. If anyone else is facing a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Stay blessed!
